The media could not be loaded. 2026 Update! I swapped my engine this last summer (August) with 197k and installed this into a BGE motor... I have been running 0w40 Mobil-1 oil and using 89/93 octane mixed fuel. I am at about 203k and this kit is STILL smooth and whisper quiet!!! Granted, I am using the OEM Hellcat oil pump, and my engine is running with a hybrid HemiFever/Diablo 91 Octane tune, and I just put a 6.1 Intake manifold onto it... HIGHLY recommend this kit as it saved me LOTS of money!!! Change that oil EVERY 5000 miles folks!!! Original 2025 post: I took an MDS 6.4L (BGE) motor from a Ram 2500 HD and put it into a 2011 Durango RT (blown 5.7L). I used this kit along with different exhaust manifold gaskets, the Hellcat oil pump, Intune i3 to disable MDS, and everything else from the 5.7L Hemi to run it. The engine runs flawlessly and gets decent gas mileage for being the larger hemi without MDS. It amazes me how little this kit cost me considering how much more I paid for a similar kit for a Jeep GC 5.7L I did previously. I am running 0w40 synthetic oil and will be changing it OFTEN as I do not want to do this again. It's been 800 miles. It's starts and idles and accelerates as expecting. I am still working some things out, but I would buy this kit again. It worked for me. ... show more
