I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about a whitening tool that plugs into my phone, but what the heck, right? The price was reasonable, and why not try something once (with a return policy in 30 days??)? The instructions were easy to follow. I have very sensitive teeth, but I am also stubborn, so of course I tried it without the desensitizing gel first. I also got distracted during my first attempt and forgot to time it, so it went longer than it should have and it did leave me with some sort of numb feeling in my teeth - it didn't hurt, per se, but it wasn't a normal feeling. Totally my fault on that one for two reasons - not timing properly and not using the gel. However - it worked! You could totally see a huge difference in the color of my extremely yellow teeth. I was impressed. Because my teeth are sensitive, I did not press my luck, and go all in by doing another treatment the very next day. I waited a day. I did a second treatment, again, without the desensitizing gel, and ONLY for the 15 minutes recommended, and it was again, the numb feeling (best I can describe it), but again, noticeable color difference in my teeth. I have only used twice at this point. I have followed the instructions with the amount of whitening gel - 0.4ml, and no more. It is more than enough to get results. I am in my late 40's, a woman, and drink way too much coffee and have no plans on stopping. If these are the results I get following the instructions, this is a huge win in my book. The numbness I feel after I do a treatment only lasts for like an hour - which I realize I could probably avoid if I used the desensitizing gel, but I probably won't, unless it gets worse. Why? Who knows? I am just one of those people? But, if you are sensitive, the gel is there to use, and would probably help you - so use it. The whitening itself is amazing. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to whiten their teeth after years of coffee/tea abuse. I don't smoke, so I can't say if it would work on smokers teeth. Just on heavy coffee/tea drinker teeth!

I used this product to whiten my teeth. I have not used a whitener besides what’s in my toothpaste for many years. As I get older, my teeth don’t look so white anymore. As the kit comes with a comparison strip with 12 shades of teeth from darkest to lightest, I was able to the magic it worked on my teeth. I’ve used this product twice so far and the first time my teeth went from a 6 to a 4! I was very happy with the results! The second time maybe a 1/2 a step better. I will continue with it about once or twice a week for a few more times to see if my teeth get any more white. The product is also very easy to use. My only constructive criticism would be to make the instructions a little more clear about where exactly and how much exactly on each side to put gel and about the tips and how to use them; although I was able to figure it out. I was also pleased that it only took 15 minutes to do.

I'm quite a newcomer to teeth whitening but have previously tried whitening strips once and although they were good this is way better! I was worried about sensitive gums but didn't get any sensitivity at all which is weird because my teeth are so sensitive to cold I thought for sure I would at least get a twinge but no nothing. I also thought it was very easy to use which is good when you're not sure what you're doing. So after 5 uses my teeth are about 2 shades lighter and I am quite a big coffee drinker, I used to smoke as well and have darker teeth at the back of my mouth which has definitely gotten lighter, my husband also agreed there was a big improvement and is now going to order a kit for himself. I now am using it as part of my teeth cleaning routine and it's not really that big a deal to hold in your mouth for 15 mins and I have a small mouth. So I'm really glad I decided to buy this kit its making me a bit more confident about my smile again, it's also excellent value for money because the whitening gel itself goes a long way. Highly recommend!

With my experience using this I have found it easy, I use it on my way to work in the morning. It's really simple to use. The taste is similar to whitening strips. The only thing I wish was a little more descriptive was the directions on how to use the desensitized gel. I have been using with the same directions for the whitening gel, 15 minutes with the light and then 15 minutes with whitening gel. I don't know if that is correct or not so further directions would be appreciated. Overall I feel this is a good product.

After searching for days to find a product to try I came across this one and saw the high reviews. I've never used an at home whitening system before so I didn't know what to expect. This product succeeded all expectations. It is not cheaply made and comes with everything you need. I like that it includes the sensitivity gel in addition to the whitening gel and that it has adapters for all phones or plugs. I also like that the length of the plug is long enough to allow it to connect to a phone and sit in my pocket for the duration of the process. I've not had any sensitivity issues at all, even without using the provided gel. I've already seen slight results in just using a few time for 15 minutes and look forward to seeing more results in the future. Also would like to say that there is so much whitening gel provided for this price, very happy with this purchase!
