I bought this dental splint to help with clenching my jaw and sometimes grinding my teeth while I sleep. It was easy to mold to my teeth after following the directions on the box. I like that it comes with two dental splints. I used one to mold to my bottom teeth and one for my top teeth, just so I could see which one is most comfortable while sleeping. I prefer to wear the one I made for my top teeth. This does take some getting use to as it is a bit bulky. I asked my dentist about it at my last appointment and he said the ones they make in the office cost a lot more and are pretty bulky as well, so he always recommends trying one like this first. Obviously talk to your dentist too if you have concerns or questions. I would definitely purchase again.

I have had many mouth guards over the years Never was able to get this one to fit. Very buckle after heating it and putting it in my mouth I could never get it to fit correctly. Total waste of money. Don't buy it

I’ve used this brand for several years and have always been pleased. They are affordable and easy to customize however this last batch won’t hold its shape. I’ve had to reshape several times. I find myself drooling because they don’t hold the shape after only a couple days use. No one wants to wake up with a soggy pillow.

I've been using this brand for several years and the guards fit well and are very long lasting. Just be sure to follow the instructions. You're only supposed to boil them for several seconds. One reviewer mentioned boiling the guard for 2 minutes and it melting away -- well, of course it did!

I’m Dealing with TMJ. Dentist suggested I purchase something like this to help. Once you boil it you put it against your teeth to shape to your bite. It works pretty good but I didn’t push the front against my teeth and it causes me to drool sometimes. It does come with two guards and a case.

I followed the instructions exactly and left it in the boiling water for 1-2 minutes and the two pieces completely melted and, worse, melted together. Once they're melted, they're effectively unusable. Complete garbage in my opinion. Just go to your dentist and have him make a mouthguard for you.

Product was easy to boil and fit to mouth, although it was left with a gritty texture. However this did nothing to help my clenching, grinding, and TMJ issues. It fell out of my mouth at some point during the night on more than one occasion.

I was so impressed at the box. It looked like something you would get at the dentists. They molded perfectly as described. I do have TMJ and will use it for that, BUT I mainly bought them out of frustration as I have been waiting forever for a partial. It seems like my face shows it. I thought maybe I got use them to try to retrain my skin a little to perk up for having the spaces filled. Just a long shot. Either way I will still use them for TMJ.
