It has elastic around the neck so that it’s snug on small necks (kids or super skinny teens) and also extends for larger necks! The material on this cape is very cheap. However, for the price it’s a good buy. I have this cape as a back up I would not use this for high volume. The material is very light. Perfect to keep the client cool in the summer.
