The media could not be loaded. I guess I was expecting something slightly larger, but they still worked fine. The cap is easy to take off, and they are EXTREMELY sharp -as they should be- so use caution.

These are just like the ones my facialist uses and the hole is so minimal. I scar easily and I needed to make sure it was small but effective. And these are! A reviewer here wrote that it was nothing but blood. There is some blood but I tell you what…a week later, my skin is flawless. I believe the piercing followed by a soft squeeze (with some tissues on my fingertips) allows what’s trapped to escape and even if it doesn’t come out, it still goes away.     • Gets Milia Out
These needles are the perfect size to get milia out. I have struggled with milia for years and have previously been able to remove some with sewing needles (but it takes a lot of work!). These needles allow you to be super precise. Milia I have had for years popped right out after using these.
