They are easy to hold securely, the point is sharp, but small so you cannot do harm by going to deep. I always start by using an alcohol wipe on my face & any thing else I use, the little lance, & a scoop tool to extract the milieu. Then I finish with another clean alcohol wipe on the skin I broke. I had to try like 5 times with the needle to get some milia out, just it was just my bad technique but it got it out eventually so i'm pretty happy. It’s probably not great to stab acne especially because of scars.. but sometime you’ve gotta do it. This is perfect. The needle is so thin and so sharp it works wonders! Plus it’s not very long so you don’t have to worry about stabbing too deep.

These are a must for pimples! Instead of sitting there squeezing your pimples and making your face beat red, you just poke with these and squeeze lightly. It gets all the gunk out and tour pimple can heal a lot quicker. These are good for black heads and I’ve even used them for a splinter I had!
