I started having issues with it and looked at a few other styles and they didn't perform well. I thought this style would be slow or take significant effort to juice...and I was wrong! It works very well and juices completely. Cleanup is also a breeze. The only issue we've had is that it sometimes glitches out and reverses itself constantly, until you lift off and press again. Easy to use and fairly easy to clean. The trick is to pull the tray apart that catches the pulp. You may not feel the need to separate the two parts every time but if you don't stuff gets caught between the trays and can get very funky. Took me a couple of months before I realized it came apart and it was black when I did so. Good news-it is easy to pop apart and clean and nobody got sick!
