So I have a Samsung Tab 4 10.1. I've had it for 4 yrs now, & was finding it a real challenge to find a quality replacement case custom fitted to that model tablet, because of its age. That is what led me to look for a universal case. This one is excellent. I like the durable feel of its construction. It isn't bulky. It has an external pocket that is large enough to hold even an 11" envelope (as in the picture with this review). The silicone bands are sturdy & movable; as seen in one of the pictures, the bands do not interfere with the tablet's power & volume buttons. The case allows for three viewing angles; each one holds the tablet in place securely. Another plus for me is the surprisingly fine quality pen/stylus included with the case. Fits my Lenovo 10" tablet perfectly!! I like the rubber corner holds, they don't interfere with any of the buttons. Comes with a nice pen/stylus and a slim pocket to fit any paperwork you have...well worth the $$$

I bought this case for my granddaughter/ 8 yrs old/ to use with her tablet. She is GLUED to this tablet all the time, and I wanted her to have a case to protect it and also to have a STAND so she wouldn't have to hold it up all the time. THE CASE IS BEAUTIFUL!! Wonderful quality, sturdy and very nicely made. There is a very interesting rubber holder attached to inside so will accommodate different sized tablets....and this rubber holder is strong and easy to attach, it also holds very well and snug. The interior has 3 different ridges so you can adjust the angle of the stand....another super-convenient and thoughtful detail!! I really love it, and she does too. Only problem is the stylus pen fell apart after 3 days, and only with minimal use...so now it is taped together so she can still use it. I would love to be able to get a replacement stylus, but not sure if that is available.??? thank you for a great product! ... show more

    • Great Product, one weakness

This turned out much better than expected. The e-reader (Boox note 2) I bought fits snugly in the bands and within the frame. I do not feel worried of the device falling out at all. The weakness of this case is vertical viewing. Horizontal viewing is great and the stand is good. But if I want to see the e-reader vertically, then I have to take it out of the case and put it on a stand.. which is annoying. It doesn't fit on a stand with the case on vertically.. I see this as a great travel case, and the inside / outside feel great. Also not too heavy. All-in-all great, just wish vertical was easier. ... show more

At first I thought, "What the heck, even if I don't like it, it's really affordable." Well.....IT'S REALLY NICE. This product fits my 10.1" Fusion5 Tablet perfectly, holds it at the perfect angle, and when closed for travel is like a suitcase of protection. Highly recommend. Very high quality. Overall, very good case. Only issue I found was that the stylus top wasn't well-suited for... err... tapping games? I know that doesn't really speak for the case itself, and the stylus was more of a "free bonus", so I'm not deducting any stars, but if you're gonna be screen-tapping for hours on one of those fishing games or idle games... don't... don't use the stylus, because you WILL break the tip. (I broke it on "A Girl Adrift") I'll probably glue it back on when I get back from vacation, but I wasn't expecting it to halfway break off. Case has no issues, though, so far, and I like the little strap to keep it closed. Also can fit the Bluetooth keyboard I bought, right on top of the tablet, when I close it, so it's quite spacious. Do wish there was a way to stand it up vertically, though. That is my one main suggestion for the case itself -- it's only designed to stand horizontal, unfortunately. ... show more

It has three things I wanted. A large pocket on the front. An elastic strap to hold it shut in a tote bag. Most important, I was looking for a case without that "magnetic strip auto sleep/wake feature" which most cases have. Since this one is universal, it can't have the that feature. I am using the case for a Fire 10inch tablet, speaking of dimensions in portrait orientation. The height of the tablet and case are the about the same. So I placed the tablet in protective case that covers its sides and back with cutouts for the controls. [I just pulled one out of an old Dteck case that had cracked on the back and on the closure tab from over use.] Then because the controls for fire 10 in tablets are near the corners, I am not able to use the stretch pieces to secure. So I took two quality binder clips 15mm or 9/16in size with soft covers on the wings [to not scratch the screen] to hold the tablet in the case. Since I plan to use this one in portrait mode for reading, I placed the clips on the bottom. If I was going to use in landscape mode I would place the clips along the long edge. ... show more

    • Just what I needed

It's perfect for the job. I like the platform on this because you can sit it on the bed or couch where it's not as stable like on a table surface and it's stable. I did find one issue. If you have on/off, volume buttons on the corner areas of your tablet (like in the Nook), the band that holds in it the case can press on these buttons. I had to remove the band off the one corner because I thought the new tablet was defective when I discovered it was the band pressing on both buttons that caused the problem. It's not really a problem not having the band on one corner (it may shift slightly and I just push it back in). Not sure how they would change the design to fix this or if it would only be an issue using it on a Nook tablet (Barns & Noble) but I didn't like the case that the Nook had. ... show more
