The box arrived and looked like it had been through a war zone. When we opened it boxes inside were crushed but not damaged.The trampoline is very easy to assemble with 2 people but 2 springs were missing. I don't want to return it, i just need the 2 missing springs.....

Details on Amazon say the weight limit is 440 pounds and the instruction booklet says the weight limit is 330 pounds. The instructions are not very good does not tell you exactly everything to do, I did manage to put it together fairly easily though. There is a tear by the zipper in the net, which I’m sure will eventually tear bigger and we won’t be able to zip it. ... show more

The trampoline is really good quality however the directions are severely lacking. You basically have to figure it out yourself - not difficult. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes to assemble.

Unfortunately, I only received Half a Trampoline because although the Shipping Tag said “1 of 1”, the small manufacturers’ tag in the corner said “Box 2 of 2”. Fortunately, Amazon representative Earl has made things more than right and treated me with great kindness and professionalism. Excited too receive re-order, hoping it is a 2 Box delivery! Overall happy with the purchase. We were confused as the photo on the instructions shows 4 steps on the ladder. Our ladder only had 2 spots for steps, yet we only received 1 step. No way to get the other part without ordering an entirely new trampoline, take the part out and then dealing with the hassle of returning. Pretty disappointed in this!
