Raffles likes it because it is new and different and much more stable than his last perch. He’s “only” about 17 lbs and it’s not real roomy. I like it because it was easy to assemble and those gorilla grips are not going to let go. It is also very sleek looking and doesn’t obscure my view. One little mystery. I purchased two of these, so he can have his choice of views. One of them folds up nicely for convenience while the other just flops back down. We can live with this.

Just open the box and stick it to your window. My cat is able to put the perch down when she wants to use it (not back up of course). It's very sturdy and no chance of it falling, so no chance of it falling off the window. For reference, my cat weighs 6 pounds but I'm certain it can take more weight.

I purchased this window perch a few days ago, my cat loves it! The suction is very strong on the window. My only complaint is this item is a bit confusing to put together. Overall, great product, would recommend!

The assembly directions are missing a step, maybe two, but I figured it out. It's super sturdy once installed. We recently got a new couch that's much thinner on the back than the old one, so the cat couldn't sleep on the back of the couch and look out the window anymore. We got this to fix that problem and give her back her favorite spot. I set it up and within minutes she found it and took to it immediately. Now it's her favorite spot in the house again. Works perfectly, seems really sturdy. Zero complaints.

Product was great! Sturdy enough for my fat boy. He sat in it twice. Probably just a little too small for him. The only real downside was the window we had available to mount it. Sun comes in that window all day so we keep the blind low. The bed sat too high up to where we would have to open the blind more than wanted to keep it there.

I was worried about the suction, but the suction cups are fantastic. I would recommend cleaning your windows before putting it on just like the instructions say, otherwise the suction cups may not grip as well.

The first one we received, was missing a part. Well, to clarify, we got two of the same piece, missing one we needed. Returned for an even exchange (had to bring it to the UPS store for a free return/exchange). Received another on in a timely manner and all the parts were there. I have to agree with another reviewer as far as following the directions ~ you're better off using common sense to put it together. When you do that, it comes together quite easily. This perch is supposed to hold 40 lbs. I'm hard pressed to believe that, although I haven't tested it. While the suction cups are strong, and the perch holds two 10lb. cats, I really don't think it would hold much more than that. The main reason for that, being that this is a very narrow perch (people are leaving negative reviews of the perch due to sizing, but the size is clearly written in the description), which I knew when I ordered it. There is really no room for more than two 10lb. or so cats on this. I also wouldn't really call it a perch, it's more like a quasi-hammock; it dips down, so if you're cat isn't a fan of the hammocks, they probably wouldn't care for this. It is not solid. It also sags a bit more with use and weight of the cats. I like that the cover is washable. Haven't done that as of yet. All in all, this is a fine perch and the cats enjoy it. Just know that is narrow and more like a hammock rather than solid. The biggest thing is that the suction cups seem super strong and we haven't had issues with them coming off the window. THAT, right there, makes this worth getting as long as it meets your cat(s)' approval!
