I have had 2 fusions in the last 2 yrs. I bought this to use on the first scar. It worked great! I couldn't remember the name of it but I knew I still had the stick somewhere but couldn't find it so i tried 2 other scar reduction products, 1 a cream and the other silicone sheets for the 2nd surgery which unfortunately was higher on my neck. Neither did much to reduce the keloid I got from this surgery but i used them anyway. I came across the Prosil while looking for something else. I decided to give it a shot. I can't believe how much smoother and smaller my scar is after 2 weeks! And that it still worked after 2 years! Great product! I will be telling my surgeon about it. He had remarked that I wasn't healing as well as I did the last time.

When you have a wound not yet completely healed, this product is too solid. So you end up having to really rub to get it onto the wound and the wound feels too fragile for this. It would have been better if it were like a cream or gel for easier application which could then dry. This is not ideal for wounds that are tender or fragile.

I'm surprised. I was surprised, surprised. I obtain acne scarring on my nose specifically on Feb 15, 2017. It left my nose with a couple noticeable bumpy spots on my nose. I planned to get it rectified with a procedure next year from a dermatologist. I still plan to, to clear out my face completely. But April 23 of 2017 I decided to buy this product to reduce the bumps. And boy since April 23rd and writing this review now, it has reduced my bumps significantly. My bumps have been reduced by over 70%. It's well worth the money I spent as I was slightly hesitant when initiating the purchase. Definitely give this product a try. A lot of other companies may claim they can fix types of scarring but this truly gets the job done. I simply applied this stick to parts of my nose on average 3-4x a day.

I can't believe I spent $40 on this item. First of all, the product is the size of a stick of lip balm. It is dry and hard to apply. I only used it twice and threw it away because both times it burned my skin when I applied it, so it was totally useless. The ingredients are very harsh and not good for your skin, particularly if you are using it to heal scars, which is t he whole point. Do not buy this product - it's a complete waste of money. I would give it a negative star, but that is not an option!

Earlier this year I applied a new spot treatment to a smal zit and when I woke up the zit was gone but I had a burn mark on my face the size of a nickel! My dermatologist said I must have had a reaction to the cream (Peter Thomas Roth brand) and recommended I use this to treat the scar once the wound healed. She said I had to apply it immediately as it works best on new scars, so I would say start ASAP once the wound heals. I was very regimented with my application of it (2x a day everyday for three months) and I noticed a huge difference. You can barely see the scar now. It works but you need to apply it regularly and also be patient and you’ll see results
