    • Nicely Done but Could Be Better
I really like this creeper. Wheels are a nice size and do roll very easily. I have some back problems and this is very comfortable to lay in. The only issue I have with the unit is the attachment of the wheels to the unit. While attaching the wheels is not difficult I believe it could be more easily done and would make a better unit. Rather than inserting the sleeve into the plastic , then a flat washer and then the nut, I would suggest that they use a "T" nut with a sleeve attached and then insert the "T" nut into the plastic from above. Then all the buyer would have to do is to insert the screw into the caster from below and tighten the screw. Installation of the "T" nut and attached sleeve could easily be one more quick process on the assembly line. Other than that, this is a nicely made unit. ... show more

I had a creeper but was noticing it was hard to roll around on, and when getting up off it, noticed that I was bending the middle down to the ground as it was not rated for my 345lbs. This one has been SOLID. No issues rolling around, and even when putting a knee or hand on the center when getting up, I am not seeing much if any flex at all. ... show more

For the price, I am happy with the quality. Only thing I would say is to throw away that plastic tool that comes with it to tighten the nuts. It doesn't tighten the nuts properly. 10mm socket wrench will tighten it up properly.

    • Missing hardware
No directions for assembly included and it was lacking 3 of the bolts, crush sleeves, washers, and nuts to assemble 3 casters onto the creeper. I went to a hardware store, showed them the need for the bolts to be squared under the rounded head to prevent them spinning. The manufacturer owes me a refund or at least an apology. It only cost me a bit over $4 for the needed parts but I bought all I needed. Not cool of them to leave out very necessary hardware. I paid for the parts when I bought the creeper and that was lost money; then I had to go out and buy what I needed to assemble the creeper, so I was double billed. Creeper looks nice and feels very strong ( I'm a big man at 6 feet and 320 pounds, so I appreciate strong equipment). You only get 3 stars due to missing parts and my having to pay for hardware 2 times. Dt ... show more
