The media could not be loaded. I am new to sublimation and researched forever for the perfect tumbler press. It couldn't be easier than this. I always keep a ruined tumbler in it when it's heating. The video tutorial doesn't show that but instructions on machine say to use it. The one I used happened to catch fire when I tried to sublimate in a toaster oven haha. Every cup/mug/tumbler/glass can that I've done has turned out great. When I messed up one of the pre-sets on accident, customer service replied immediately with a solution. This press is crap. I have had it less than 6 months and it stopped heating up. It is also very picky about when it wants to turn on. And don't pay attention the sizes it will press because that is a lie. Get a press from a reputable comapny.....not this pos.

It’s a great little low cost start up press. It sublimates great. Love that it has preset times and temps! It is a little hard to close but well worth the price. I did have to YouTube directions. Thought I had to keep a mug in while warming up. Found out I do not. The no heating up with out a mug confused me. Just needs better directions. Love the size and color, work space perfect. The instructions are not clearly explained however. The timer (very unclear to understand) and the closure mechanism to use is very difficult. Once you tighten it to “image your tumbler” and you time it on your watch cause the one on the machine is difficult to gage or understand, opening it back up by the way the clasp works is SO HARD. It takes lots of strength to oust the sides together to get it to release the clasp to get your tumbler out. And the cup was even worse. One of the knobs on the adjusters came loose from the bolt, not a biggie for me I super glued it back on to the bolt. As far as my designs on the tumbler/cups I have no issues, works fine. I’m just saying it’s not “user friendly”, but super cute and space saving. My next one will definitely have a different closing style. ... show more
