Smell was not bad and only lasted for a few uses. It is really easy to use. The size is perfect. I have done over 100 T-shirt and only one T-shirt ended up burned in the 30 sec timer. So I would say this is a pretty good machine. I think it was a little expensive but it did come with several other attachments. I love it.

This thing was great while it lasted. I have had it for a year. At first it worked great. No problems. But after a couple of months using mostly on weekends and as I could find time, it stopped heating up reliably. I figured it was just getting too hot from where I had it placed (on a counter in front of a wall in my garage). So I placed a fan on the control unit and that helped some. But, for the last 6 months, it takes at least 30 minutes of constant supervision while it’s heating because it will heat a while then turn off and I have to stand there and keep pressing the reset button until it turns back on and resumes heating. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will never fully heat but in the cool of winter I can get it to 360 as long as I watch it closely, place a fan directly on the control unit, and reset it every time it shuts down. I now have to dedicate large amounts of time to creating as much inventory as possible at one time so that I don’t have to mess with the heating issues all of the time. This morning I just decided to call it quits and buy something else as I really should be able to make my merch on demand rather than having to try to anticipate orders and make it in large batches due to a glitchy machine. Customer service has never responded to my questions asking for help and the issue just seems to be getting worse so I’m done.

This is hands down the best purchase I have ever made. I absolute love this heat press and would defiantly buy it again if I needed too. The heat press is perfect, the hat press works great, the tumbler press is defiantly my favorite part, and the plate press is great. I normally don't like the color pink but this pink is absolutely stunning. Defiantly a must have!!!
