I picked up the Carina W1 10,000mAh battery pack for my Quest 3, and honestly, I’m impressed. It’s compact, has a nice matte finish (the space gray color looks great with the headset), and it doesn’t feel cheap like some other add-on batteries I’ve tried. Performance-wise, it delivers. I get roughly an extra 2.5–3 hours of playtime, depending on what I’m doing. It supports 30W fast charging, so it powers up quickly between sessions, and it even keeps my phone topped off if I need it. The USB-C port feels solid, and the connection to the headset is stable — no random disconnects or overheating. It’s also pretty lightweight, so it doesn’t throw off the headset’s balance too much. I usually clip it to the back strap, and it actually helps counterbalance the front of the Quest a bit, which is a nice bonus. If I had to nitpick, I wish the LED battery indicators were a little brighter — they’re hard to see in bright light — but that’s really minor. Overall, the Carina W1 is a great little power upgrade for the Meta Quest 3 (and works fine with the 2 and 3S too). For the price, build quality, and convenience, it’s absolutely worth it if you hate getting cut off mid-game because your headset died.

UPDATE: company did me right and sent me the bigger strap right away. The battery works great with the clip that holds the wire I never even notice it (attach batter around back of waist). Keeps the MQ3 charged while playing so extends life of MQ3 by about 2.5 hrs. Thanks! The ridiculous strap is designed for a 100 lbs woman. If you are a man with a waist larger than say 36” forget it. I think I was sent a small strap by accident. Send me a larger strap or Iwill have to return it.

This item is comfortable to use and hold a charge longer than any of the batteries made specifically for my oculus quest. The only complaint I have is the metal plate around. The power button came on glued, and when I was sitting in my chair, it kept shutting it on and off. I glued it down And it was working better, but if you’re sitting in a chair using the item, it has a tendency to power on and off when you lean against the button.

I honestly cannot complaign. the USB C charging while not fast is good, and the actual time given with this device is very nice.(I ran the Quest pro headset with Steam VR Wireless, with Full face and eye tracking active without foviated rendering, and without the battury, I got about 2 hours of total use. With the battury, my session ended before teh battury got to 50%.) 9.5/10 would highly recommend, but I wouldn't try VR dancing/Hyper activity while waring.

Great battery pack, really comfortable when it comes to wearing it across the shoulder or right on your back. However, the cable is rather cheap feeling and I think it's having issues keeping my headset charged ever since around a month ago (I've had it around for 2-4 months)

Works just fine for powering a XR Elite headset by itself. Allows for an extremely light on the head all-in-one or tetherless PC streaming experience with the XR Elite battery detached. The included wire anchor can be attached to the Elite's battery cradle if using it, however the right side no-battery head piece comes with an anchor already as shown in the included picture. XR Elite battery is 5000 mAh so the Carina can double use time if used alone or go up to a combined 15000mAh (minus efficiency loss of the Carina discharging to charge the XR Elite battery). Fit and comfort wise I'm a slim 30" waist and the small band is a secure fit, even enough slack to tighten maybe another inch or two if needed. Only negative I have is if using across the shoulder. The strap can be a bit abrasive on my neck/shoulder skin but a couple inches of added soft wrap or padding is not a hard fix.
