I love yoga bungees. This product has good support and is very sturdy, but it came with no instructions so I’m not really sure if I was strapped in correctly. It also has a very long bungee so it didn’t offer enough suspension for my 8 1/2 foot ceiling. There’s no way to shorten it from what I could tell.
