This is a quality of life changer. Flawless. I own 4, at different places. None have ever had an issue. I can't live without them. Life is to hard cooking water, grinding coffee, filling pots on those days you can't. I find I'm more hydrated when I live with this. Saves on electricity, plastic bottles. I run this, a chest high fridge, lights, chargers, off of two 12 volt solar panel kit, (400 w) and a line of 6 volt golf cart batteries and a 4000 watt peak cheap inverter I'm a foggy place. I have issues with normal keurigs and lower voltage. But always instant hot water, cold water and coffee on tap makes any place luxury.

Easy to set up with easy and clear instructions. Very cold water on tap along with very hot water for tea and soups. One detail that took a minute to understand - you have to select the coffee size (ounces) immediately after pushing the coffee pod into place. You have to make your selection while the lights are green and they aren't green very long so I'm trying to get used to first putting my coffee cup on the shelf and then inserting the pod and immediately pushing the appropriate green lit up button. It's not hard once you get used to it It's just different than what I've done in the past. I'd recommend it to anyone who's trying to increase their water intake without taking a risk with the water quality in their city. The quality of the water from your water cooler is always "Primo." 😊

We just love our water dispenser. This is a full function liquid delivering machine. We use the hot side for teas, the cold for daily hydration, and the coffee pod fresh cup of coffee every morning. For a family of 5 we spend $1.10 in Purified water every day. That is a great deal cheaper than the half drank water bottles that we used to throw away. Oh yea, and the coffee pod storage area on top of the machine is very convenient, the LED light is a must have for night time use. Overall this is a great product that I have not had any issues with. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Works great. Makes a little noise as it’s refilling the tank which I got used to. Even though I’m not a k-cup fan, this machine is winning me over. It comes with a reusable pod, but they really should supply two. I’ve tried to order a second one, but the company, nor anyone else has them. Sure enough, I lost the pod. I've called Primo twice and they do not sell replacement pods. During my 3 months of searching, I've discovered that many of the pods have lids that are too thick (plastic pod with plastic lid) to fit inside the holder. Yesterday I finally found one that fits-see pictures. It has a stainless steel pod and a plastic lid. I'm getting ready to order two more as backup. Otherwise, this is a great machine! UPDATE: makes a weak cup of coffee. But since i didn't buy it for that, not a problem.

This was no brainer, so far this cooler is amazing!! When our Keurig died (again) we chose to spend the money on this cooler instead since it has a built in Kcup brewer and we already purchase about five to seven single water gallon jugs per week. With Primo we have found a couple different options to get refills. You can swap the whole 5 gallon jug prefilled (~$6) or you can refill the 5 gallon jug ($3). In a year we will make our money back from buying this cooler just from the savings over buying single gallon jugs, not to mention helping the environment using less plastic.

I’ve had many water dispensers over the years, but this one is by far the best. I needed a bottom loader for the 5 gallon since it’s heavy to put on top. The added feature of coffee is awesome, and I like that you can turn the hot water on and off. I love the night light feature since I get water at night and can see without additional lighting. For Keurig users, the k-cup storage is nice and the little cup comes with the unit to use your own coffee too. It is a little more than I wanted to spend, but I am very happy with this product.

I read the negative reviews with the positive ones and decided to take a chance. Arrived on time as one piece with well packaged without missing parts. Looked clean and nice as it was described. So far works well with no issues. Cool and Hot Temp is as desired. I would recommend the merchant and the Primo hTRIO Bottom Loading Hot/Cool/Cold Water Dispenser with Single Serve Brewing, so far to anyone.

Loading from the bottom instead of top is such a relief. And having the K-cup built into the dispenser is so cool! When you press the button, the K-cup is supposed to pop out, but ours didn't pop out. We had to manually pull it out. It popped out on the promo video... I spoke with Primo customer service, and they assured me that it's supposed to pop out. Also, I noticed the tube doesn't go all the way to bottom of 5 gal bottles. It's almost 2 inches from bottom. I asked Primo if this is by design, and they said yes. It reaches all the way to bottom on 3 gallon bottles, but not the 5's. It leaves about... half a gallon of water? We use bottled water to make ice tea, so for us, it's not a big deal because we'll always just end up dumping that leftover water into a half gallon jug to make iced tea anyway. Since it was new and under warranty, Primo sent us a replacement dispenser. We ended up using the 1st one for 2.5 months, even though we had the 2nd still boxed in our garage and the K-cup stuck. But then the pump stopped working, so we switched to the new one Primo sent us that was still boxed in our garage. We used new one for 2.5. months, but then same thing happened as 1st dispenser -"flashing light is nonstop even though bottles are full". The pump runs, but doesn't suck up any water. So there is no hot or cold water. Both worked for 2.5 months almost to the day. We want to return and get our money back but there is no "Return or refund" option listed in Amazon for this purchase. PRIMO replaced the first one free. All you have to do is call them and provide serial number. As it stands, it looks like our only option is to call PRIMO again, and have them replace it again.
