Fantastic eye liner that doesn't smudge and stays in place; my only complaint is that it's difficult to get started when I'm first putting on my makeup....it's like it needs to be warmed up. Once it starts going on, it glides on no problems and stays in place perfectly all day. Love love love it!

I have tried a number of navy blue eyeliners and I bought this based on the photos. I thought I could use it for wetlining but it doesn’t work. As a regular eyeliner, it does a good job and is darker and easier to apply than other brands. I just wonder why it is 3 times more expensive? I will continue to use this one, but for the price I don’t think I would purchase this again. ... show more
