I actually waited till now about 2 or so weeks later of receiving my bed in a box. To be able to get help to set it all up and. Being in the box this long did nothing to hinder the size of the mattress. It is perfect. It's a very high bed. Very comfortable and soft but not fall in and get list in the mattress soft. Lol. I would definitely recommend. Awesome price and even better product. I will give the rest of my review on how it feels to get a night or so sleep on it as soon as I see how I sleep. My problem with the one I received was that it never opened to 12 inches in width. It finally opened to 10. It sleeps great and is semi- firm. Would have given 5 stars if it was thicker. It’s supportive but still has some squish that’s perfect for us, our bodies sink in just the right amount (my husband is 180 lbs and I’m 145 lbs, it’s perfect for us). EDIT: after installing the mattress topper bought from Target, I have to say this is now the perfect bed. At 47,6ft,300lbs and a lifetime of OTJ injuries in the Marine Corps and Law Enforcement, I needed a stiffer bed to support my deteriorated spine, hips, etc. This mattress does this well, just not comfortably. I'm adding a topper to it soon, hopefully that helps with the comfort while still offering back support. Other than the stiffness, this mattress has really helped my pain in my back quite a bit. I only wish a softer mattress could do the same. Would buy again, but recommend some type of top to make it more comfortable. ... show more

I’m looking for 2 mattresses queen sizes. I found this is the cheapest one and firm. I really like firm mattress or super firm would be great but somehow this is kinda medium firm soft. Someone like more softer this is the one . It shipped faster than it expected. I ordered 2 of them and it arrived the same time. The package very well pack. It was vacuum packed in a box and sealed. It heavy when it vacuum, more lighter when you release it. They came with instructions how to open the mattresses. It more heavy when flattened . The price are affordable. UPDATE: We wound up returning it. It did not inflate to full 12", and after first night on it, it actually felt like it was deflating. Very disappointed because it was a really nice mattress right out of the box and we had high hopes for it. ORIGINAL: First experience with vacuum sealed mattress, just opened it yesterday so haven't sat on it yet but so far it's everything as advertised. The box was heavier than I anticipated but with one other person was fairly easy to handle. Would recommend if older you get help. When the wrapping came off it expanded quickly but will wait the 72 hours anyway. No smell at all which I appreciated. Had the platform for it ready and just rolled it out right on it, that worked great. So far, so good! ... show more

Very comfortable and works well on a platform frame. It actually is about 11" not 12" after full expansion, but I knew going in I would need at least a 10" height, so I ordered a 12" in hopes of getting closer to the size needed. Let it air out about 48 hours after opening package and it will no longer have that "new" aroma. It is so nice that a friend has ordered one for her guest room. I prefer springs and foam over foam only for a more "giving" mattress and this one delivers really well. Am using it in a guest room, but slept on it a couple of nights to be sure it was not too hard or soft. Just call me Goldilocks, but it was "just right". Added a mattress pad just to keep it clean for all guests going forward. Have help when you open this puppy because it is going to sproing out like an inflatable lifeboat. And yes, it is heavy.You can turn it end to end but not flip it over due to spring construction. ... show more
