I see that others didn't use this model correctly. It doesn't come with a bar, the cuff just wraps around your arm. They showed pics of it INSIDE OUT and said it didn't work. Attach to the upper arm with the name on the OUTSIDE. Place the listening disk inside the cuff near the elbow Great value, pretty easy to use. I didn't see how to calibrate the gauge, I guess other models have that, maybe this model doesn't. Does anyone know how to calibrate the gauge? ... show more

For the price, I wasn't expecting a high-quality stethoscope in this kit, but sounds are so muffled and distant that it's pretty much useless. The cuff and gauge, though, are surprisingly good. I'm a fan of old-school aneroid BP measurement, having trained on it back in the day before we had anything digital, and this is quite easy to use. I like that it includes a calibration key, too. I'll use it with a better stethoscope, and give the one it came with to the neighbor kids for a toy. ... show more
