I use the skillets most of all as I live alone and frequently eat eggs. I have used all the pans and they clean up like new every time I use them. Burnt on cheese comes right off with no damage to the pans. I have made roasts and pan fried meat in the large dutch oven and clean up is a breeze. These are the best pans I've ever owned. Gorgeous pots, cooks evenly, super easy to clean, truly nonstick. Accidently dropped large pot, my fault, but it shifted shape and was pretty easy to reshape with my hands alone. Also, depending on your stove, you definitely need a cooking mitt because the handle absorbs heat albeit, the handle is made of this very nice feeling material and has not been worrisome to wash thus far. Missed opportunity: The large lid fits on both large pot and large frying pan but the medium lid only fits on medium pot but doesn't sit on the rim of the small frying pan - it's off maybe half an inch. The small frying pan and medium pot should've been made with the same circumference so the lid could fit both pots as snuggly as the large lid fits the large pot & pan. ... show more
