APPEARANCE & MATERIAL This dress arrived quite wrinkled, but I managed to smooth out the wrinkles using a damp towel in the dryer. The material of this dress is soft, cool against the skin, and it’s flowy. It's worth noting that being made of 100% polyester, it might lack the desired breathability, particularly in the top portion. The navy blue is not see-through. Despite being a V-neck design, the dress manages to maintain a modest appearance. FIT & SIZING I got a size small and this was the right size choice for me. For reference, I am 5'8" tall and weigh 129 lbs., with an average to athletic build, and my current measurements are bust 35.5 inches, 28.5 inches for my waist, and 37.5 inches for my hips. My bra size can be a 34D or 36D depending on the bra. The dress fits well overall. The only minor issue I encountered is with the sleeve length – they almost hit my wrists when standing, but the elastic pulls back uncomfortably by about an inch or two when sitting. DESIGN & DETAILS While the dress has many positive attributes, there are a few design aspects that could use improvement. The placement of the button on the chest is rather noticeable and somewhat detracts from the overall aesthetic of the dress. Additionally, the tie belt could benefit from being a bit longer, allowing for more control over its placement. One of the more noticeable design quirks is the positioning of the elastic on the dress. It rests just below my breasts in the front, but a few inches lower on the back, leading to an unclear intended placement and an awkward feel. Although this doesn't make the dress uncomfortable to wear, it's still worth mentioning. ELEGANCE & APPEAL One of the best features of this dress is undoubtedly the beautiful ruffle hem. It adds a touch of grace and elegance that would make it a perfect choice for various events. The overall look of the dress is undoubtedly flattering and makes me feel confident. DO I RECOMMEND This dress has its merits - from the comfortable and flowy material to the flattering appearance and elegant ruffle hem. However, there are a few design aspects that could be improved, such as the placement of the button and the elastic, as well as the length of the tie belt. While the dress does have its quirks, it still manages to exude a sense of elegance and style that could make it a worthy addition to your wardrobe, especially for special events. If you can overlook the minor design flaws, you might find this dress to be a lovely choice. I got this in pink because I wear so much black (though I do wish I had this in black, too! lol!) I typically wear a size 12-14 or a large. Sometimes an XL as I am more on the 14 end of 12-14. I am 5'8" and weigh about 170-175. I got this in "large" and it fits me pretty well. It is slightly small in the bust and slighty short in the waist. I could probably have gotten an XL, but just picked my regular size. It has a snap on the bust which wasn't right for me, so I removed it and reattached it where I wanted it to be. It arrived very wrinkly and hanging for weeks did not help. I did use a steamer on it and it came out nicely. I could have ironed it too, but steaming was easier. It is pretty an flowy. I haven't washed mine yet, but will likely wash it in cool water and just hang to dry.

The deep red and satin finish is gorgeous although as a plus size women (5'3/260lbs) I could have gone up a size. I feel like with my stomach it made the front hem shorter than necessary. Fabric feels nice and I like the snap on the faux wrap neckline.
