Description

Prestige Paints Ultra Premium Acrylic Latex Interior Paint self-primes over properly prepared uncoated drywall, stucco, plaster or previously painted interior surfaces. This durable, washable paint combines both fade resistance and ease of cleaning, providing a long-lasting finish that can withstand wear and tear while remaining easy to maintain. A flat finish provides a smooth, uniform look. An ideal choice for formal rooms in your house, such as living rooms and dining rooms, accent walls, and ceilings. Flat or matte finishes get their name from the lack of reflection from the painted surface. This is one of the benefits because it helps hide surface imperfections, such as dents, nail holes, or patches. Flat finishes often require fewer coats than semi- gloss paints and are easier to touch up because there is less contrast between the touch-up paint and the rest of the painted surface. Average coverage 250-400 sq. ft. (23-37 square meters) per gallon. Surface Preparation: All loose paint should be removed. The surface needs to be cleaned with detergent to remove dirt and grease and other contaminants. Rinse well to remove all soap residue and let dry. Scuff sand glossy surfaces and repair all imperfections. Remove dust with a damp cloth and allow to dry. New plaster must be properly cured. Patch cracks and holes, sand smooth when dry, then prime with this product. New woods may require an oil base primer/sealer. On metal use proper rust primer. Application: Stir or mix paint before using and intermix all containers for color uniformity. Apply this product as is with a high quality applicator such as a 3/8 inches nap roller cover, brush or pad painter. Thin sparingly with water if necessary for spraying. Dry Time: Dries in one hour. Certain colors may require more than one coat for complete hide. Recoat, if necessary, after four hours. Can clean gently with non-abrasive cleaner after 14 days. Cleanup: Use warm water and soap. Monitor-rendered and printed colors may vary from actual paint colors due to differences in color calibration between digital devices and the physical properties of pigments, lighting conditions, and printing techniques. Note that paint color can vary due to sheen, light, surface, and application method. Prestige Paints uses proprietary base paints and tints to create and match colors. Prestige Paints works with industry leaders in paint color to match the color on this page based on the color specifications of the original to create a comparable color. Prestige Paints is not offering the actual branded color or paint product for sale and is not associated or affiliated with the color-referenced brand. Prestige Paints reference to any trademark is for color comparison only.
