This is a great improvement over the previous USB 96 interface that I was using. Way more controls, very intuitive, and low latency. If I had to find a negative, I would say that the midi interface is not what I expected. Rather than the standard 5 pin connector that you would normally see, this has what appears to be a mini plug.     • STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Stopped working right after warranty expired. Absolute waste of money

One day it just stopped syncing to my MacBook unless I plugged in the auxiliary power to it. That was annoying but not a deal breaker, last month it started to make pop and crack noises every minute or two even when there’s no mic connected to it, I had to go back to my old interface this makes it unusable for me. I tried to reach support immediately, but got no answer for a whole month, and after all that waiting they told me that I was on my own because the warranty expired one month ago, how convenient. I don’t know what happened to Presonus, they used to have one of the best, most reliable and durable audio gear. Now after the fender acquisition they produce straight up garbage. You can even go to Reddit and read dozens if not hundreds of comments about people having the same issues. TLDR go look somewhere else this interface ain’t it. ... show more

For the price, you can’t go wrong with this interface. It’s small enough to lug around, has top notch converters and looks nice. While it has a useful auto gain feature, there’s no DSP features.

There are things I like and things I'm not thrilled with. My last interface was a Presonus 24c. This interface is similar in sound quality but the layout is nicer. The top facing controls are easy to read and adjust while I play. I miss the mixer knob, but I found out how to use the interface in stand alone mode. I can't say anything about the software, I already use Studio One and I wasn't offered a new key. One last thought this interface is being replaced soon. Fender owns Presonus and decided to rebrand in 2026. The new Fender website does not mention this interface. ... show more

Big improvement over my old M-Audio Duo Track from a sound quality and latency perspective. Well built, looks great, very sleek. Easy to set up and works well with Logic Pro. After doing a ton of research, this looks like it has the lowest latency and noice for the money.
