I assembled this as part of a bedroom makeover. It took me about 3 hours to assemble by myself while watching TV and sort of delirious from a long day. I think you could assemble it faster but I didn't want to mess it up. I was impressed that the drawer pieces were nice wood, and everything was very well packed. Everything came in great shape except for one ding on the bottom of a side panel, but you can't see it. Instructions were clear and easy- HEADS UP- the bottom board that is white one side and particle board the other- the white side faces the ceiling- that was the only part I messed up and had to redo, but it was easy fix, and seems obvious to me now... The unit is very sturdy and nice. I also forgot to twist the cams on the drawers and this made it shaky- so I turned the cams like you're supposed to and the drawer box is strong and steady and holding lots of stuff ;) Only thing I'd add is a hole in the back for cords. I am going to drill a hole through the backer board so we can charge things in the open shelf space (which I love). Overall I would buy another unit or another part of the family- was great piece with nice storage options. Great value, I appreciate it! Thank you! ... show more

I wish that 4.5 stars was an option. I ordered a pair of these and assembled them both today. They are well designed and were very well packaged. Manufacturing tolerances were actually much better than expected based on my past experiences with this class of furniture at this price point. Everything fit well and all panels and trim wound up impressively square. Even the gaps between the drawers and case were fairly even. They do take awhile to assemble. I spent nearly 4 hours in total on the pair (which included the time setting up a small padded work table to build them on, gathering all the required tools from the garage, and cleaning up and breaking down and all the packing into the recycling container.) As always... be very mindful to never over tighten fasteners into particleboard. The instructions were well written and illustrated and even highlighted the most common "gotchas" to avoid. This was again better than expected based on past experiences with other products. The package was missing one small piece of hardware that thankfully didn't prevent me from fully assembling and I can install later to make one of the drawers a little more solid. There was also one very small blemish on one of the drawer fronts. And I mean very small. Perhaps 1mmx3mm... I'll email CS and ask them to resolve these two issues. I'll update if that experience is either considerably worse or better than expected. All in all I'm really pleased with these... especially considering the price. Again, I wish 4.5 was an option. My experience wasn't "perfect"... but it was close. ... show more

I'm absolutely impressed with this company and this product. I ordered two of these nightstands for my guest bedroom. They came quickly and very well packaged. It took me maybe two to assemble the first one because I did it by myself, but it was fairly easy (I also took a few breaks). Once I assembled the first one, I flew through the assembly process on the second one and it took me 1/4 of the time. I bought gold knobs (pictured) and swapped them for the brown knobs that came with the product. Their customer service is off the charts. I needed a new leg and woodscrew - their team answered my email the same day (no questions asked) and sent the replacement items through UPS. I'll definitely continue purchasing through these guys. ... show more

I've spent a lot of time doing my research for a night stand...some had great designs but the customer photos showed how comically small they were next to the bed... Some had cheap wood (we all should expect that cheap baked trash wood)... Not here, the wood for most parts is actual wood, the night stand is sturdy and heavy (not flimsy) and in all honesty, it looks great in real! The size is perfect l! I was worried about the size since I have one thiccc Tempurpedic mattress but as you can see in the photos, it's the perfect size! The instructions are retarded and will take you some time and a few mistakes to assemble it but it's worth your money and you'll like it! ... show more
