Item arrived on time however one of the wood panels was broken and upon attempting to return the item the only option was to ship it back myself which is not possible with the size of vehicle I have, or contact the manufacturer directly to order a new part (which I may end up doing). The directions were clear however none of the wood panels were labeled so it took some time to figure out. The back panel is very flimsy and there is a clear seem down the middle making it look cheaper. The screws that it comes with are proprietary and there are no extras and once you nail in the back panel you can't fix any mistakes without ruining it. The shoe hole areas are NOT big enough for high heeled shoes, which was the very reason I purchased this item. I am disappointed but it will do for the price. ... show more

The directions said it would take two people to put it together well I’m a 5 foot 125 lb and I did it by my self . I love. I did it on top my table and slowly slid it onto the back of a chair wit a towel the onto a mid height stool. Then shut my eyes and slid it to the floor. The media could not be loaded. This item is perfect exactly as described. There was a small chip but it’s not noticeable. A few ppl show unfinished sides but it’s because they assembled it incorrectly. All the pieces are painted as they need to be. We purchased 2 of them and placed them together and are very pleased with our results. ... show more

This wardrobe is... fine? It took me about an hour to put together by myself. I'm a 5" tall woman and I was fine doing it alone. You do need a drill! The problem was that the pieces aren't labeled so you have to spend time figuring out what is what. The final product looks sort of cheap, it is partical board and SO. HEAVY. Somehow. ... show more

As previous reviewers stated - pieces do not have any labels. Still, managed to assemble. Some glue is smeared on the one of the large pieces - not sure if I can wash it off, yet...put it together yesterday. Items is HEAVY, but not made of wood. Overall OK product for small spaces.

no lables on the instructions. hard to put together. the cubes facing out is supposed to be a finished white surface but it's not. I think that they sold me a sub par product that never went through quality control.
