This nightstand is nicer than expected, and for the price. When assembling unpackaged and organize each component to identify each piece in the assembly instruction, and that includes all screws, nails, etc. This step will take an additional 5 minutes, but we’ll worth it when putting the nightstand together. Assembly is easy, and suggest putting the legs on the bottom piece before assembling the sides. The instructions call for adding the legs last, but that makes it difficult to reach inside the assembled box to attach the rear legs. Perfect for a second, infrequently used bedroom. Time will tell how the nightstand holds up overtime with continued use, but at the price I can afford to replace it every 3-5 years. ... show more

It’s a great product but does take time to assemble. It also scratches very quickly. We already had some of the white scrape off while assembling. It is very sturdy and does look nice.

When I first got this product, I opened the box and my mouth nearly fell to the floor at how many pieces were inside. I literally threw everything on the ground and walked away from it for two weeks because I couldn’t handle the thought of putting it together after moving for days. The instructions are vague and the pieces are not marked so it’s a guessing game when trying to assemble. We put it together and took it apart several times along the way due to this issue. Some of the edges were scuffed pretty bad but we’re easily camouflaged with a furniture marker. Good value for the cost but definitely set some time aside for trial and error when putting it together. ... show more

Very sturdy side table. Used for master bedroom. I followed the directions to a T, only to get the end and discover that the drawer slides were put in incorrectly, so had to un-assemble and start over. Otherwise, good side table for price.

I spent. A LOT of time looking for the perfect mid century modern, affordable, nightstands and came across these. Most nightstands this style are very tiny, so when I found these, I was impressed by the size for the price. They were fairly simple to put together, but packaged so poorly. The only filler in the box was a perimeter of styrofoam around the box/pieces to prevent shifting. All pieces were stacked with nothing between to prevent damage. Upon putting these together, I noticed what looked like scuffs so I attempted to wipe them away with a slightly damp paper towel but the marks came right back. It almost looks like the styrofoam either melted and/or I was given used items that were scuffed and touched up with paint, as whatever marks I wiped made the paper towel turn black. The drawers are a little wobbly but nothing crazy. I am just very disappointed in the finish. ... show more
