Right away, when reviews say that this dresser is heavy, you know it’s going to be good. The box says 70lbs, i call BS and my husband says it’s more . I would recommend getting the box in the room it’s intended for prior to assembly. It was secure and packaged well. Be prepared, because the pieces were not labeled , so that can be a challenge. However the directions were easy to follow. I got this for my son to grow into and be able to use for a while. It’s a good size with 6 drawers. Plenty of room. I wish it was a bit taller, but not a huge issue. When opening the drawer it does not pull out all the way, but the back of the drawer is still accessible. Looks great and was a good price. Definitely would recommend.

I wanted to update my review and I will have one more coming soon. I bought this to use half for clothes and the other half for items like paper and a few other things. I can't even use this for what I bought it for. After about a week I noticed my clothes reaked. They had a really bad odor to them. I know it was not my clothes and it was the dresser as I washed other items at the same time but had those stored in a tote and they smelled great. I took all the drawers out and put them in front of the back door with the window open for over 24 hours, had a fan blowing into the dresser with no drawers and even sprayed a ton of Febreeze in the drawers. So much that it was dripping all over the place. I put the drawers back into the dresser and put one shirt in each drawer to test it. After about 2 days they started to smell funny, not as bad but not fresh like when I put them in. I am unable to do a refund as the box when I got it was severely damaged and I no longer have it so I am stuck with this dresser. This has been an incredibly bad experience and not only one of the worst buying furniture but i also don't think I will order furniture like this online again. I have completed the build the best I could with the missing parts and I will say the only positive I have is I really like the way it looks. It's a shame it's incomplete. I put the drawer that was missing the track on the bottom and it is causing issues that are incredibly annoying. When I pull it out I have to wiggle/ lift to put it back in. So I put stuff in it that I won't need till winter. The big problem is the drawer above it I will open almost daily and when I do and push it back in, because the drawer underneath is uneven I then need to open the bottom one and close it to have the middle one fit back in. I would ask for a refund but I was halfway through building the dresser before I started to see issues. I am going to attach pictures so you can all save money and not buy this trash. For the price and the quality and items I a lm missing is insane. I am going to go picture by picture so my issues are clear. Picture one you can see a pretty decent gap when the dresser is fully put together. One of the corners is dinged. That side that has the dinged corner does not like up so the top sticks out while the other side does not. First image of the instructions show part H and then the next page that part H is now labeled as part F. Next picture if you look at all the pieces part F is a much longer piece. Next picture I need 4 of those round pieces and I have 3. Next picture of the book shows you need 8 screws but then shows just 8 being put in. Also far left where it shows 3 in the corner only 2 are needed. Last picture you will see 6 of those red sliders but I have 7. I have the other one on the drawer. I have 5 blue sliders. Problem is you need 6 and 6 of each. Now I don't know how one of the drawers is going to work. Please do not buy this. Especially for the price. I wouldn't recommend this if you could get it for $20 or even free. The pieces are damaged, missing and don't go together like they should.

When we opened the box there was glue from the styrofoam packing on all the wood pieces laying on top. We contacted the company and they sent a new one right away which arrived at our door within the week. Very satisfied with their customer service in fixing this problem. Instructions were clear and hardware was packaged nice and organized making assembly very easy. After assembling we were very pleased with the look, sturdiness, and function of the dresser! We liked it so much we bought the matching nightstand.

The media could not be loaded. I got this dresser as an addition to a guest room we have in order that visitors will have room to place clothing items inside without having to live out of their suitcase. This dresser is large and has plenty of storage space for a lot of garments. The dresser comes shipped in one large box which is 6' long and it is very HEAVY, I mention this in order for you to be prepared once it is delivered so you can either have someone to help you move it or a have a good hand truck/dolly with which to move it if you have no help. I managed moving it by myself using a dolly. The dresser requires a good bit of assembly, but it can be accomplished in about an hour, which is about how long it took me. You may be able to assemble it faster or it may take a bit longer, either way, I would suggest taking your time, as you will be installing a lot of screws and parts into wood and you don't want to split, break or strip anything. The only tools you'll need are a hammer, a regular and Phillips-head screwdriver. There are easy to follow instructions, but it's mainly pictures and there isn't much as far as written instructions describing what you are assembling. Some of the pages do have QR codes which you can scan that will explain the processes. I included a couple of pictures of the instructions in order for you to see how they are written. The parts in my dresser did not have any stickers on them identifying what you are assembling but really, there's not many different parts so they're pretty easy to figure out. The main thing is to be careful of which side you mount like the drawer slides to, etc. Again, if you take your time and follow the instructions closely, you will not have a problem assembling the dresser. I had absolutely no issues while assembling mine, ZERO. The most tedious part of the process is assembling the drawers because you have to do six of them. But again, they're not hard to do, it's just so many of them. I made a video of my whole assembly process, most of it is in fast-forward because it would have been so long, but I did slow it down and focused on the assembly of one drawer so you can watch that to see how easy it is. Once assembled, the dresser looks really nice and seems pretty well-made. It's made of veneer and laminate but most products such as this are except for the most expensive furniture which would cost easily several times what this one costs. But all of the pieces fit well together, there are no gaps, nor is it loose or shaky. It feels relatively solid and sturdy, according to the seller, it weighs 128 lbs., so it is definitely a substantial dresser. I like that the drawers slide in and out easily because they have rollers on each side, and they are large enough to hold quite a bit of articles. The only thing I am not real fond of is, the drawer bottoms are made of a thick cardboard-type of material which will probably hold up okay with clothing, but I would not store anything very heavy in them. The drawer bottoms may sag from anything heavy or over time heavy weights might make them sag. But there again, most items such as this are made this same way so it's not unusual. I gave the product 4 stars for the instructions and for this issue with the drawer bottoms. Overall, I am pleased with the dresser, I like how it looks and it how blends in with the other furniture I have in the spare room which is oak as well. And as far as assembly is concerned, don't be afraid to tackle this, it's really not hard, if you are even the slightest bit handy, you can put this dresser together. I cannot stress enough though, just take your time, do it right the first time and you'll be pleased not only with the results but also proud of yourself for having accomplished it! I recommend this product!
