    • Very nice unit... beware shipping issues

This unit is attractive, runs quietly and seems to be well made. Only non-shipping related issue was that one of the shelf mounting strips was .3" lower than all the others so one corner of the shelves is unsupported. Not hard to fix with a spacer, but that was the only quality control issue I encountered. Shipping was another matter... I ordered first unit and it arrived, as scheduled, with driver courteously moving unit into my small retail shop. Only problem is once it was unpacked the unit seemed to have been run into by several forklifts in its travels - maybe dropped off a loading bay - who knows. Sadly, it was unusable with dents, crumples, punctures and the unit separating at a seam inside the unit from shipping abuse. Sad to have to return it. Contacted Amazon and passed around to different reps. A date and time was set for pick up. Waited around all day and nobody showed up despite emails and texts reminding me to be available at the set time. No follow up by shipping company. Called Amazon back and they said they saw that a pick up was scheduled and don't know why it didn't happen. They rescheduled. I waited around a second day (10 days after the first date) - nobody showed up. Contacted shipping company this time with info supplied by Amazon. They said, "Oh, you are in a remote place. Amazon schedules stuff often without actually knowing if the timing can be met... we get this all the time. Actually we don't even work in your area and had to subcontract to a local carrier". It was a frustrating situation and is still being navigated almost a month after the original delivery date.. THEN... we ordered a replacement unit and it was delivered as scheduled but this shipping company said, "Oh, no we don't deliver inside a building". So I had to wheel a 252lb unit down one step and into the building with my own dolly, which I was capable of doing, but not everyone would be. As it turned out, this unit also suffered some dents and punctures which were primarily cosmetic. Also the automatic door closer (a piece of plastic at the bottom of the door) was snapped in two. I give Premium Levella a lot of credit for how they handled this. They are getting me a replacement auto door closer part and have refunded 30% of the purchase price due to the damage. It seemed fair and they were quick to respond. I would recommend this unit, but wanted to relate the many shipping issues just so others are aware. I would also suggest that Premium Levella consider protecting their items better (improving the packing of their units) to help avoid damage in shipping. ... show more

We are now organized more than ever! Whether it is a sports drink, a health drink, or a recreational beverage this fridge accommodates all of our family's needs. The fridge is the perfect size and keeps our drinks exceptionally cool. The fridge conveniently allows each of us to grab and go with the beverage of our choice. I do like these refrigerators, however, there are some things you might want to know. In terms of the ACTUAL units, they are beautiful. I really like how they look, the size, etc. and the fact they keep things cold - they are first class. However, in terms of function, the shelves will not stay put, so if you're lifting something off them, like a tray of cookies or a flat of eggs, the shelf will pop out and come with it, usually falling to the floor and injuring a knee, shin or ankle on the way, as well as damaging itself as is crashes to the floor, which means now I have to take the time to go wash and sanitize it. Happens CONSTANTLY. It's very irritating that I can't easily slide cookies or cakes or eggs out of the fridge without 4 hands or a headache or an injury. If you were using this as display for customers, I'd be wary of an accident for your customers, depending on what they were removing. One Coke, okay, but if the shelf is getting empty or something larger is being removed you will have trouble. The other thing was one of two things I feared with delivery - that either they would arrive damaged from the freight company or that they would arrive DOA. The second happened - my first unit was dead on arrival. It was hell for me because i desperately needed this added cooler space for a wedding I was working on and it made my life really hard for two additional weeks waiting for a replacement. They first sent a service person out who walked in the room, didn't touch the unit, wasn't within three feet of the unit, and proclaimed it was not fixable. He was a blithering idiot, however, he is not associated with their company - just a serviceman they sent out. It then took a while for the seller to 'get that report', again, not the sellers fault. I do feel they expedited things as much as humanly possible, I'll give them that, they were on it, and they were nice to me, and understood the pickle this put me in, and I really really appreciated that, but a dead on arrival product is a pain, and I've seen others describe it in the reviews as well. The experience has made me a little nervous about the new one - is it OK? Will it continue to work for me? Will I have problems down the road? I dunno, I hope not because I really do love these and you'll like it, too, as long as it arrives in undamaged condition AND it actually works. As to the shelf issue, no one is going to like that. The shelves need a retrofit done to them so they STAY PUT. If the company could manufacture some rubber grommets or something to keep the shelves from flying out and performing a Nancy Kerrigan knee injury every time you pulled stuff out of the fridge, that'd be awesome. ... show more

Love the fridge! We're able to put our boys drinks in the fridge and use it as extra space so we're not taking up all the space in our main fridge. It even has a lock on it so we can control my them from drinking all the drinks up! and also makes a great space to store beers of course. Love how we can control the temperature and also turn the light on and off. The big window is also a bonus so you can look in with out having to open it! Would definitely buy it again! ... show more
