Exactly as indicated. Replacement for worn out 2008 Honda Accord LX wheel covers. They fit differently than stock, which is fine for me. Need to push down evenly all the way around the perimeter of the cover so they install evenly. Can not push just one side or they will not install correctly. Had to remove and reinstall a few of them which were slightly off center and not consistent with the steel wheel gap all the way around. Took a few tries to get the hang of it.
