Easy storage .all in all a very fine peel .I found a tip in Wolfgang Pucks book Pizza pasta and more! That all ingredients on the pizza should be cooled before peeling otherwise the dough may get stuck on the peel through condensation.

Very well-made, but metal edges were a bit rough and sharp. I smoothed the edges with a sharpening stone before using the peel. Easy to store by loosening the nut to fold handle over the paddle. Be sure to read and follow the washing instructions. There is no way for me to transfer a raw pizza crust onto a hot baking stone without a peel. I would buy this item again. ... show more
