I've had this for about 2 weeks and so far I love it! I bought this specifically for the dual heated zones. My feet are always cold and this one has seperate upper and lower body sections. It gives you the option to use it very warm on your feet while keeping it lower on your upper body. I am very picky about my blanket and I only like lightweight blankets. I can't take a lot of weight on my legs/feet so I use a very light muslin blanket(glorified sheet)and using this heated matress pad has been a game changer. I do live in Atlanta area so it doesn't get too cold here but this allows me to use my super lightweight blanket and still keep the heat down to save money. This pad heats up very quickly and gets very warm. I start out with it on 9 on the feet and upper body. Within about 30 minutes when I am ready to go to sleep, I turn it down to 2-3 depending on how cold it is in my house. That generally keeps me warm all night! I have read other reviews and some suggestions that they want a "memory" setting and preheat. I wouldn't even worry about that because all you have to do is set it in the morning before you get out of bed. Before I turn it off, I put it to 9 on both upper and lower and set time for 8 hours. The controller will default to the last setting, so when I click it off it's set for that night. Before I get into bed, I just click it on and it comes on to the last setting. And preheat is not necessary because it heats up quickly. Don't hesitate to try this heated matress pad, so worth it! The controller is easy to understand and gets quite bright to read the settings but the light goes out very quickly. The other awesome feature is the zip off pad for washing. This way you don't have to remove the whole mattress pad-just zip the topper off and wash it. The heating elements are under the pad so they never see the washer or dryer...Brilliant! The one thing that is a small issue is the location of the controller cord. It is a short-ish cord and comes out from the right head of the pad. Unfortunately my nightstand is on the left side so I have had to get creative with the controller. The short cord seems a little counter intuitive but I've worked it out satisfactorily. Don't let this little problem be bigger than it is, just get creative and you will not be sorry!

First, background, bedroom in winter is 50 degrees F., California king latex mattress, Bearby weighted blanket, wive and I have very different preferences for bed temperature. After over a month, this heated pad has been excellent for us. The multi-zone has worked as hoped. The smaller lower leg area for us makes sense. Heat comes up past body, so upper region kept a little cooler. Construction seems fine, though feels like it could have been made more heavy built. Time will tell on this. Controls have all the settings we would use, and appear to be well built. Again, time will tell. After a month+ of use, the price seems justifiable. Company looks to be striving for success.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the king sized mattress pad, and it fits my bed very well. It doesn’t stay taught and tight though. It appears to be loose under my sheets, but it doesn’t wrinkle or bother me at all. It has great warmth, and I like the feature of being able to set each zone to a different temperature. The controller could be better. It’s a slide switch that is pretty loud, and the light is ridiculously bright. Also, the control buttons don’t light up all, so you have to memorize them to use them in the dark. But even with some of the slight negatives, I’m happy with it! I love that the plug is near the head and that the top is detachable for washing without removing the entire cover. ~Christina

I really like this design, the upper and lower adjustable zones are a far superior option to a single control for each side. (I bought the Queen size version with two controllers, one for the Left and one for the Right side). I have owned and used a few different heated mattress toppers prior to this purchase. Naturally our bodies generate more heat from our upper body than our lower legs / feet and it is logical to require different supplemental warming levels for comfortable sleep. The topper seems to be a high quality product with the heating elements hidden away inside a padded layer with a zipper for access to wash the cover. It was all very easy to install with plenty of depth for deep mattresses and didn't require more than two hands or superhuman stretching to install on my bed. The wiring and controllers (two controllers) each require their own electrical socket on each side of the bed, ideal for my set up but for some may need a little extra planning. Controllers themselves are easy and intuitive to use, the display backlight is very bright (great for daylight use but perhaps a little glaring at night - but the backlight only stays on for a short time after a key-press and then automatically turns off), The buttons are easy to feel and use and, after a few nights, I'll be able to make adjustments without even needing to look at the screen. I very much like the big ON/OFF switch on each controller, it's a no nonsense fuss free way to be sure the unit is off after you get up and start your day. On power up, the controllers default to heat level 9 (max) and 12 Hours of operation - handy if you've forgotten to warm up the bed beforehand but also means you will need to adjust the levels and timing to your particular specific liking each time. The timer options are 1 thru' 9 Hours or 12 Hours (H) duration. In today's world of low cost microelectronics, it is a shame the unit doesn't have a "Save Favorite Setting" option to change the power up defaults, it would have only cost a few pennies more to do this (yes, I am an EE Engineer). On the same note, I'd happily pay $30-$40 more for smart control of this device using Alexa and/or a Smartphone App. Despite the rather odd location where the power cables exit the top of the pad near the edge on each side, I didn't once experience any discomfort caused by that feature. The same goes for the actual heating elements - you know they are there (hard to escape that on any heated product similar to this) but not once did I feel them. It's still early days in my experience but my first impressions are very positive.
