I like that it mixed up nicely, even in a shaker cup. Has a nice latte flavor, too. Great in the blender with a little ice and some milk, like a coffee shake almost. Good value for the money and 30 g of protein.

The taste of most protein powders leaves something to be desired for me after sustained use. This one has never gotten old, even after over a year. The bonus is that it is one of the lowest in carbs and sugars. It is a bit difficult to mix. Get a small handheld milk frother - its a game changer.

I got this to replace the pre-made cafe late shakes from the brand. The powder mix does not taste like the pre-made shakes, it tastes more like vanilla than coffee. Nonetheless, I grew to like the powder mix. It is very sweet, so I would not recommend it if you don’t like sweetness. It mixes pretty well, I put 2 scoops in a shaker bottle with 8oz of unsweetened almond milk and ice. I do wish that the container was a bit smaller to reduce plastic waste. ... show more

I had been buying the prepackaged liquid protein shakes from the store but it was getting to be too expensive. This powder version costs a lot less and it blends very well. I just use a cup that has a lid and shake it up and I've never had any problems with the powder not mixing in or clumping. This version also has a better taste than the cartons they sell in the store that are pre-made. The only thing I will say is that I have never gotten 17 servings from these canisters. I use the scoop that comes with it and make sure I level it off so I'm not using extra but I always end up getting 16 servings. There is a little left over but not enough to even make a half serving. Even so, it is still less expensive than what it sells for in my local stores. I agree with the many reviews that question why they use such a large container when the powder only fills about half of it. ... show more

I purchased this in the past in vanilla and things haven't improved. Containers are still large for contents and I wish it were smaller to fit in my pantry better. Granted there's a scoop inside and you want to be able to get into the container and scoop out contents, but it still seems a large and it's a waste of plastic. Can't Premier Protein make a smaller scoop and container with a large opening? On the uploaded picture of the newly received and unopened container note how the container seems to be a bit over half way filled. WHAT A WASTE! Note too the liquid version I purchase has way more vitamins and minerals (see the uploaded nutrition labels, powder vs liquid). Why is Premier Protein skimping on the vitamins and minerals in the powdered version? Of course one could argue maybe it's better as less stuff added to it and who knows the actual quality of the vitamins and minerals in the liquid. I only purchased this powder because I don't have a car right now to lug back more of the liquid version and I'll be having surgery soon. Plus I only use small amounts in my morning chia seed pudding. The liquid blends better, but the powder will do for now. After this, I probably won't buy the powder again and stick to the liquid version which can be purchased in bulk. The powder makes 17 servings, I can purchase the liquid version in bulk in packs of 24 for not all that much more than I paid for this container and I don't have to mess with this powder. Personally I limit how much of this stuff I eat as it contains sucralose (what Splenda is made of) and it's a bit too sweet for me not to mention potential health effects. I also notice when I eat or drink artificial and natural sugars it increases my appetite and cravings. Small amounts okay, large amounts not so good. ... show more
