Our whole family loves these protein shakes to use when dieting for extra vitamins and after exercise to replace nutrients lost while working and sweating. These are delicious and easy to use. I prefer them cold, but my husband and one of our sons like them room temp as well. My husband uses the vanilla flavor on his granola in the morning with a few blueberries added in. This was a new flavor for us. We usually get vanilla and caramel. It was an instant his and is on our 'refill as needed' list. I like it in the morning because I'm not a real big fan of eating first thing in the morning but need something to get me going. These are just filling enough to satisfy without feeling heavy like pancakes and other breakfasts can be. Just make sure not to freeze them. They can get clumpy of frozen.

The Good: Amazing Flavor Hack and Incredible Macros Using this as a coffee creamer is a total game-changer. The Cookie Dough flavor pairs beautifully with coffee—it introduces a lovely, distinct notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate richness that makes your morning cup taste like a fancy coffee shop treat. Because it's already a milk-like consistency, it blends into hot or iced coffee perfectly without separating or getting clumpy like some protein powders do. The absolute best part is the nutrition profile. Standard coffee creamers are packed with empty sugar and fats. By swapping them out for this shake, I get a whopping 30g of protein, 24 vitamins and minerals, and basically no added sugar first thing in the morning. One of the best flavors Also recommend vanilla, chocolate, caramel, pumpkin spice, cinammon rolls, and cake batter. I did not like any chocolate f the indulgence flavors or fruit inspired flavors. Oreo flavor is ok. Peanut butter chocolate taste a lot more like peanut butter and good for peanut butter lovers.
