Each Premier Protein Shake contains 30g of protein, complete with all the essential amino acids, 1g of sugar, 3–5g of carbs (depending on flavor), 160 calories, 24 vitamins and minerals, and is also low in fat. These are the exact same ones we usually get from Sam’s Club, but the subscription price here is even better. They have great nutritional value for a quick breakfast and work well as a light meal replacement when we’re rushing out the door. I enjoy a Premier Protein shake for breakfast, especially when I don’t have time to make my own protein shake. I have tried all the flavors and prefer the cafe latte. My whole family believes it has the best flavor, consistency and the least amount of aftertaste. It tastes best when it is very cold. My mother is required to have a minimum of 60g of protein in her diet every day for health reasons. Drinking 2 of these a day is an easy way for her to reach that goal. It is palatable for her even when she is under the weather. We are all grateful that there are no added sugars. I highly recommend this product. Great to have on hand. I’ve been purchasing this brand of protein shakes for about 4 to 5 years. Having had gastric bypass surgery 16 years ago, I find that the protein content contributes well to what I need daily, and my lab work is always on point. I have to attribute that partially to these protein shakes. I think the quality is probably one of the best on the market, and the taste is very satisfying, and not medicinal tasting. I wouldn’t say that I choose it in the morning for a meal replacement, but I’m just not one that eats breakfast. So I guess it does take the place of my breakfast. 🤷🏼♀️ I do drink these chilled, as a carton suggested, and the consistency is just right. Smooth tasting, good for on the go, salt content is a bit high but still better then most other brands. I don't always have time for a proper breakfast before work but these make for a convenient option on those days.

This is the only flavor my husband will drink. Flavor is great with no weird aftertaste or no "gritty" feeling after drinking. This is the best protein drink that both my husband and I have tried. I like getting the box set instead of the bottle set because it is cheaper, but the taste is EXACTLY the same. It tastes soooo good!! Definitely my favorite protein shake! It's 30 grams of protein in a delicious java shake. It's the perfect consistency and has about the same amount of caffeine of a cup of coffee. As of right now, it's a great price, cheaper than the protein drinks I was getting at Walmart.
