This tastes great. I use it mixed in with the chocolate flavor often. Many protein powders contain a variety of ingredients and have high cholesterol levels. This brand is a little lower than most. It also isn't gritty like some brands can be.

Delicious! I usually prefer the ready-made shakes, but I made this with almond milk in my ninja- tastes just as good. Almost feel guilty for drinking it! Tastes more like a treat than healthy choice!

Update: I contacted the company (not Amazon) and they have superb customer service. I would try another one of their products moving forward. This product tastes good but is clumpy and hard to get them out. Top tier customer service makes all the difference Original Review: It’s clunky and it did not come with a measuring scoop like it says on the back of the container. It took over 20 minutes to dissolve into pure liquid with no lumps. The only thing I liked was the taste. I could be using too much, I don’t know because the instructions doesn’t tell you how much to use. It says to use a scoop that does come with it. I’ll reach out to the seller for a scoop. I purchased this for my daughter because she has a hard time with remembering to eat so a protein smoothie or shake is easier for her to do. I didn’t notice clumps in the powder when we were using, and she said the size of the scoop was perfect. The protein quality and quantity in the protein powder was amazing. She said that she was able to stay fuller longer. She would love putting this in, not only oat milk, but she would also put this one in her coffee and do an iced protein coffee with it, which helped to get her protein intake. It was a different way for her to use it. She definitely felt like she was staying fuller longer and she wasn’t as hungry and she felt like she had more energy when doing this. It was fairly easy to mix it in with her coffee and in her almond milk she only wishes that she could find it in stores instead of just on Amazon. ... show more

The trick is not blending it in excessively hot water and with the small blender, not a spoon! I use a mushroom coffee and warm up my water up to 2 mins only (anything more is too much for the protein powder) and I add it to the water last, after my mushroom coffee and tasteless fiber. I can’t break away from this protein powder! At the moment, I’ve only been adding 1 scoop per cup as I’m not sure how thick it would be and don’t want to change what’s working.
