I was skeptical and researched a lot because it is a big purchase and a major inconvenience should it not work out, but I'm happy to report that my wife is sleeping very well - her back issues are gone and I'm pretty happy with it also. I should mention however that we're not heavy people, I'm tall and about 220lb so not light, but not overweight and my wife is around 120lb? Also in terms of comfort, it is nice - you lay on it and you feel the mattress giving you the right support whilst feeling comfortable and enjoyable. It's comfortable but was a bit too firm. I weigh 180 lbs and my hips sank down a bit too far. I bought a Niagara sleep solutions ultra soft mattress topper/ cover, and it fixed everything. It's now the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

So far its been great. Loved how we unboxed it. Put it on our box springs and unwrapped it. It just inflated immediately and was able to use. So comfortable. We got the medium firm. If we purchase another in the future we might get firmer for my husband but i think its fine. the dimensions are exactly how described. There is NO smell. Looks luxurious and the shape was perfect after about 5 minutes if that. My only caution is to have it delivered when someone is home or have them put it in the house, garage etc. It was really heavy i could not move it but my husband and son had no problem. ... show more

This mattress is significantly more firm than I ever thought possible given the reviews, and I like a firm mattress. I don’t feel any semblance of memory foam even though it’s a hybrid, and I personally prefer a hard memory foam mattress that gently molds to my body. Nothing about this mattress feels soothing. I’m going to add a topper and see if that helps before returning it. It’s been taking me 1-2 hours to fall asleep the last three nights no matter how exhausted I am. Such a bummer. ... show more

So comfortable. Got with an adjustable base for autoimmune pain and it’s a game changer. Sure I still have pain but it’s improved and I call that a win. I don’t notice a cooling effect but I also live in an area that gets super hot and stuffy at night in the summer so I don’t think I’d notice it regardless. There is a smell, I think it’s either the mattress or sheets and the best way I can describe it, is that it smells like Sesame Oil or kind of nutty. Not really chemically but similar. The edges don’t have a whole lot of support so don’t lay on them or you’ll easily slide right off. But for the quality and the fact that you have 1 year from purchase to return and a lifetime warranty, that’s a great deal! And so far even though it’s been a week, I have noticed it keeps its shape. It was very soft and not firm but first month the coils still held my body straight, but after a month you get back pain and hips aren’t too supported, i feel back pain every time i sleep on my side, i am 140lbs and i wish jt was firmer, it definitely doesn’t feel medium firm at all, so its not bad but its just not for me since i was looking for something medium firm and something i can sleep on my side sometimes ... show more
