The product caught my attention initially by not making outrageous promises. They gave the usual instructions: use as directed and it will reduce over-eye puffiness. So I did, and it did. A couple of Youtube commentators liked it. It's not greasy, it's not drying. It's not surgery. But it did make a notable difference by reducing the over-the-eye glump that women of a certain age notice. For me, it lasted all day: from approximately 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Like all preparations for the face they warn about getting any in your eyes. I actually did at one point, and experienced itchiness but nothing alarming, and when washed, completely disappeared. It's less expensive than couture products but more than drugstore products. I'll buy it again, and I would recommend it if you have this eye challenge. ... show more

The lotion that goes on the eyelid is great! I have used this for a month, and I think I can see a little improvement in my eyelids not being so droopy. The under eye cream feels good, but after using it for about a month, I had several whiteheads on the skin under my eye. I haven't had blemishes since high school, so that was a big bummer. I think the lotion is so thick that it clogged the pores under my eyes. I have since quit using this part of the package on my eyes. I recommend the eyelid lotion, but be careful of using too much of the under eye cream. ... show more

The item arrived on the 12th it came earlier which was nice however it doesn’t work the eye cream doesn’t work or the upper eyelid lift or do you have to keep reapplying every 20 minutes is it supposed to work in time or what’s the deal it was advertised that it does it instantly and could last all day not true 20 minutes max I will not be purchasing this item again I also ordered and paid for the lip filler I have not received that yet it’s stuck in New Jersey I live in Iowa it’s been stuck in Jersey for six days now has not moved it was supposed to arrive on the 17th but I’m sure the lip filler will be the same I’m 55 years old I really don’t have a lot of wrinkles I have a scar above my lip had to do with an incident when when I was married for 28 years my ex-husband was very physically abusive so I pretty much tried everything to get rid of the scar or at least cover it up nothings worked I would have to go see a plastic surgeon I don’t have the money to do that because I’ve been out of work for a year now due to an injury at work which I’m still waiting to have the surgery and I am unable to go back to work and I only get 60% of my wages and Workmen’s Comp. which means I could barely afford my bills or put food on the table this was a gift for Mother’s Day I can’t believe I spent the money I received for Mother’s Day on crap like this it advertised on QVC most the products that I used to buy on QVC years ago really worked but this not at all very disappointed 😢😢😢 if you have money to burn then go ahead and buy it but if you don’t have that much money and you are trying to find something that will work and give you results I beg of you do not purchase this it will not work it’s false advertisement 😢😢😢 and the only reason why I gave it one star is because it will not take my review unless you give it a star which I don’t understand that either well the one star I guess is for the first item I received it earlier but as for the second we’ll see what happens if it ever comes it could get lost in the mail that’s what I was told that’s why I have not received it but I have to wait nothing I can do. ... show more
