This splitter is a workhorse. It has been a great help to me this winter. I can’t lift big logs but, I can get the smaller ones on it and it does what it was designed to do with little effort. I love this log sweater! I am 60-year-old female and can't handle big blocks. Most of the firewood I have delivered is too large for my fireplace and for me to lift this log splitterized perfect product for me to break down the logs into smaller pieces. Was great for the few days it was working

It was great when it was working but after using it a few times it doesn't start anymore. I followed all of the trouble shooting instructions, but nothing worked. I can't physically return it because it because I threw the box away.
