    • Flawless Floor Protection and Stability for the Total Gym
The Powr Labs Rowing Machine Mat is an outstanding investment for anyone setting up heavy fitness equipment at home, proving to be the absolute perfect footprint for a Total Gym system. Because the Total Gym features an elongated, sliding frame that requires substantial horizontal clearance, standard fitness mats are rarely long or wide enough to catch the entire base. This mat covers a generous area beautifully, ensuring that both the top and bottom metal ground rails remain entirely off your flooring throughout your full range of motion. The material composition is premium and high-density, strike-resistant enough to prevent heavy equipment from leaving permanent indentations on thick carpets while fully safeguarding delicate hardwood floors from scratches. It is remarkably effective at dampening noise and absorbing the mechanical vibrations generated during fast-paced workouts, which keeps the entire training session incredibly quiet. The texture provides a confident, non-slip grip that prevents the machine from shifting or walking across the room, even when executing high-resistance pull-ups or leg presses. The surface is completely water-resistant, making it simple to wipe away sweat after an intense session, and it rolls up smoothly without retaining annoying curled edges when you need to move it. ... show more

It looks and feels nice. I unrolled the day prior to use and it was almost flat ready for use. I have this on top of my carpet. The size is perfect for my Concept 2. Nothing moves when I’m on the rower. This mat is kind of thin but I hope it lasts a while. This is not the cheapest mat out there but picked this based on reviews. ... show more

    • Great Mat for Rowing Machines
This mat provides what I need in order to roll my rowing machine in place and secure it without hurting myself. My husband purchased a gym grade rowing machine that is large and heavy. It folds upright, then rolls into place. However, when I went to unfold it the first few times I lost control when it unfolded and it crashed to the ground. I found this mat on Amazon, and on the first use I had much more control and did not hurt myself when I rolled it onto the map or when I unfolded it. It was much easier to fold and roll into the spot where I keep it when not in use. ... show more
