They work fine in my drill motors, and leaf blower. Used them in my Weed eater also, but it overheated after about 2 hours and may have motor problems, I was using it more than normal. They last longer than the old batteries, maybe take that in to consideration on using them. I would buy them again.

I have had my firestorm power tool set for a long time and the original batteries were ok just never could go for more then about 10 mins with the string trimmer or sander continuous use and would not hold a charge after charging. So, before I was going to start to replace my equipment as the batteries were getting hard to find and very expensive, I thought I would give a updated version of the battery a try. And to my shock these are very very good batteries I can go for about 30 min continuous use and they hold a charge so I can charge it and still be able to use them a few days later. Glad I will not have to replace anything but the batteries this saves me money and saves the equipment from being tossed away.

These batteries are an upgrade from the original ni-cad batteries for the Black & Decker, 18 volt Fire Storm tool kits. They work great and my wife has her tool kit back in operation! Shipping was fast. Batteries work great!

Batteries work great and last much longer than the previous after market batteries I was using for my black and Decker weed whacker. I used 2 batteries and was able to whack a massive amount of weeds in my front and back yards. The battery indicator is also a nice feature for when you want to know how much charge is left.

The media could not be loaded. I had this Black & Decker power drill for years and the battery had gone bad. I have to leave the drill on charger overnight in order to use it for a few minutes. If I don’t use it and forgot to plug in, the battery would deplete itself. Since I’m not a professional user so didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on a set of new tools and just let it sit. This dual battery package brought the life back for one of my most used tools and one charge seems to last forever!! And with more power than my old battery it seems. And with the battery level indicator lights I can easily check to see if needs to be charged. Overall a great value and now they may last longer than my tool.
