12/18/22 Update: 1 star to 3 stars. After I emailed it took a few days for them to get back to me, but they did get back to me. They asked me to tell them the part numbers of the broken pieces from the manual and I received the parts about a week later. That I do appreciate. 11/29/2022 Upfront it's a belt driven mower; this means it will wear out and the blade won't spin/cut. So far no answer after multiple attempts to contact by phone and email. An hour total listening to elevator music on repeat, no answer. Upon arrival 2 wheels broken ( I switched out with some wheels I had off a different mower). 1st day start string holder broke. After about 4 hours of use the belt wore out and the blade won't turn or cut grass. I gave this mower a try as I thought it was straight motor driven, but deceptive advertising. I even asked in the questions after the fact to warn others," is it belt driven?", Strangely I received 2 "no" answers before they shut down answers to the question. Don't buy belt driven mowers unless you want a short lived product that you can't get replacement parts for. ... show more

The engine is awesome in this machine, right out of the box after I poured oil and fuel into the machine, one pull and the damn thing started with just one pull! no kidding, however, what is disappointing is that when I mowed wet grass I perched the machine up on a ledge of a brick to wash off the machine and it accidentally fell onto the ground, which somehow ruined the plastic front end and now it rides with the front end lower than the back, no way to adjust it, the plastic bent and it looks like a hot rod car with the lower end and the higher back end, lol. I will fix the damn thing by putting some braces to hold up the plastic, just waiting tor the cold season to be over! ... show more

Came with a 20Inch blade installed on a 21 inch advertised deck. Fuel cap on top of unit so it hits hard on fence rail or any item at right height. Should be mounted lower somwhere on unit. No one at help number provided to ansewer calls. Its a bit noisy motor operation but works fine. Not happy woth a 20 inch blade monted on system with a 21" deck. I think they should send a 21" to me and check with China manufaturer why they install the wrong blade. But it works fine. ... show more

On our very first use, we were very disappointed. Normally we would just suck it up and try to make the best of a bad purchase. But this is blatantly a bad product. The springs (there are two) just fly off and are almost impossible to put back on. Also, a plastic cover on the back of the machine, flew off ****and was cut up by the underside ( blades). the bag is at an awkward angle. There is also a lever near the right front wheel that broke off five minutes after it was turned on. I have contacted the seller and hope that we can get this resolved in some way.*******update. Was hard to start initially for me. Maybe because I am a women. But please be aware this product does come with oil. You have to get the oil bottle thats somewhere on top of the mower. Then start the engine with the little bit of oil in the crankcase, let it get warm-then add the oil from the bottle the to the proper level and then go. ... show more

The first day I used the mower the blades stopped turning. I contacted the seller for a replacement belt. My card was charged but no confirmation was sent to my email. A week later the belt still hasn't arrived. The belt isn't available anywhere but the manufacturer's website. * Update: The seller sent me a new belt and I am happy with the mower for the most part. It is hard to start if you mow for a long time then take an extended break. After it cools down it starts up again no problem. ... show more

Some things I don't care for are the following: 1 - There's no visibility into the gas tank, so good luck trying not to overfill. 2 - The spring-loaded plastic cover to the rear bag has some plastic posts that are designed to hold it in place, but they're too short and the posts slipped out within 10 minutes of first use. Of course, the spring came off, too, and I had a heck of a time getting it all put back together. I can tell that this will probably be a never-ending issue. Note that without a tight fit (which requires the spring in place), grass clippings go flying out through the sides of the bag. 3 - The self-propel mechanism has no speed control and when the lever is engaged the mower leaps forward like a race horse. ... show more
