I used it once. worked perfectly. put battery on charge. Then go to use it again. Nothing. It is useless. update 10/14/21 registered the item for Warranty. look up service places. 1 doest service this brand, others are closed down, or too far away. I try calling them. On hold listening to elevator music for 15 minutes + and still no pick up, nothing. So BUYER BEWARE. U buy cheap, u get cheap product. Update 10/26. I have been in contact with company. They have tried 2x's to correct the problem. Sending out new battery & charger. That didn't work. Then called back. They just sent me out a new one. Works perfectly. I took apart the 1st one. Found that red/hot wire came loose from solder. So I just desoldered. Works perfectly. So. in the end. the company redeemed themselves with me. ... show more

I bought this power smart circular saw 12/6/22 I had it still boxed up until I got ready to use it on 4/1/23 the blade turned over once and it never turned again, you can hear the motor running but the blade won’t turn and the brake that stops the blade from turning when changing the blades that do not work. I’ve tried calling customer service for almost 2 weeks I have called and been on hold for over an hour at times but the last time was 4/11/23 I waited for an hour and twenty-five minutes before I hung up the phone this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I guess I can see now no wonder the product I bought the power smart mini circular saw didn’t work it’s just like the customer service just plain awful and the worst of any product made that don’t work when unboxed I did research on this product before I purchased it and thought it was the best but evidently I didn’t do enough research because It turned out to be the worse I should not have purchased this product because I did not get to use it once the mini saw never worked. I am very disappointed in this product. Once I was contacted by customer service we emailed for about 2 weeks they gave me the run around back and forth then said for me to take it apart I responded I will not do that it’s still under warranty then all contact was broken off I didn’t here from them again so I just purchased me a Dremel saw and it works great best purchase I ever made. ... show more
