So far this machine has been great! Very easy to set up and use. The main thing when using is to allow the machine to get up to speed before placing the first ball in the chute. This doesn't take very long, about 30 seconds and you can start. Give the machine about 5 seconds between balls to regain full speed and it works great. The accuracy is good and is reliably maintained from pitch to pitch. The machine is stable and doesn't shift during use. Overall a great product. We'll have to see how it holds up over time, but so far pleased with our purchase.

Speed and distance have been an iusse. Once I "dialed in" the a good spot then its to fast or to high or low. Never very consistent, I have waited 5, 10, 15 between pitches to allow the wheel to get up speed. It varies from day to day.

We bought for our 10 year old baseball player and 6 year old softball player. Very easy to put together and to switch flutes between baseball and softball. Works great for both kids. Easy to move and bring to field. The cord is short. You will need to plug into an extension cord. You will not be able to plug straight into wall. We did buy a battery pack for it, but it needed more power. We had it for a few days and we have used it over a handful of times. Great for batting and catching.

The media could not be loaded. Not too sure if I got a bad returned machine or what. First supplied baseball sent through it and the wheel started sounding like the bearings were shot. Or a bad motor. It sounds awful. Return started.

Good for baseball players up to about 11-12 yrs old. Its about 40-50mph max coming out of the tube. Your older teenager hitting off 70-90mph pitching will not get anything from this one. The old ATEC Hitting Streak I had actually pumped balls out at 70+ mph so at slightly shortened distance from 60'6", you could mirror 80-85mph pitching at 50ft from the plate. Shortening up to 25ft (as they say to do) is not good for the Hitter imo.

The media could not be loaded. After 4 or 5 times using it, the machine started making a load noise. I believe something is wrong with the motor. If this isn't an know issue with this machine, I believe it's a good machine for girls 14 and under. Max pitching speed was around 45 MPR with f-lite softballs.

Only receiver 6 balls. It said 6 soft balls. 6 baseballs. We only received 6 ball’s total Just got it put together bc of the weather meter and snow. Trying it out today. Will update on the use
