Bought it on kindle and was worried that the images will not be great. But using zoom I could see everything I needed. I bought the book to fix my lower back issue when lifting weights. And my frozen shoulder. I got a lot more than I expected. The book us written as though I am an instructor. I suppose in a way that's correct, I am my own instructor. I'll have to read through the instructions a few times and choose the ones I want to use. Then grow into the rest. The only suggestion I would make to get author is to consider videos showing the various exercises. A great book and I would recommend it to all who is serious about exercise and keeping the body supple. ... show more

  • Helpful, but short
Basically a handful of correctives for the torso and hips. Very easy to understand with lots of good drills for rehab and warm-ups but if you're looking for more comprehensive as far as mobility is concerned seek other books.

This book has helped me a lot. I had some nagging injuries, and a friend told me about this book. I just started the plan last week, and I'm already seeing results getting back in the gym. Feels much better. I wish I could send a copy to Rob Gronk, as a patriots fan, it would help him stay on the field.....sorry I don't know how to spell gronks last name. I have since looked up Chad Waterbury's previous work, looking forward to tryin some of the concepts- web site looks interesting ... show more

For the last few months my lower back and left knee have been bothering me. I've been reading Chad's stuff for a years now, so I decided to buy this book. I tried the band exercises he recommended and I did them before my lunges, because thats when I feel my low back and left knee pain. The band exercise really helped with the discomfort.
