Let me start by saying this do not pay attention to people saying that the card has problems with the drivers, before I bought this card I read a ton of reviews here saying that the drivers were unstable and the card crashed and a lot of bad things and I said well lets take that risk, and boy it was worth it. This card is a monster literally it will crush every game you throw at it, I haven't tested the card to it's full potential but I've been playing Assassins Creed Syndicate, World War Z, Fortnite and Watch Dogs in 1080p 60ghz everything ultra details witch is like a walk in the park for this card, always pushing past 100 fps. I installed my last drivers and I had no problems, the only thing I can say about this card is that it is powerful man. I upgraded from a RX 580 8GB and I can feel the difference. Physically this card is so big and it looks aggressive, I feel like if I throw it at somebody I might cause serious injuries you can use this thing as a weapon. It has RGB lights and those are bright, look really nice. The backplate is awesome it has a bull craved on it and it lights up, also the back ports are lit in red. There is a software Powercolor devilzone that let's you configure the lightning of the card, you can configure the lights to do all sorts of things like pulse, flash, blink but the coolest in my opinion is smart, this lightning mode varies it's intensity depending on the load or temperature of your CPU or GPU. You get 1 hdmi port and 3 DP. This card has a switch that let's you configure the card in two modes: overclocking and silent, of course I have mine in overclocking. Also the card makes no noise and it runs cool the most hot it gets is 70c under load. I'll continue to update this review as time passes and I have the chance to push this bad boy to it's limit to see how much performance I can get out of it. I'll buy a 1440p monitor soon and then I'll be able to test 1440p resolution and see if I can play everything on ultra and keep at least 60 fps. I also play Detroit become human everything ultra, graphics on this game are incredible. I dont think there is a game I can't play on ultra 1080 60fps. If a games comes out that I can't play I'll let you know but until 2023 or 2024 maybe there will be one. If I could buy the ryzen 9 3900x CPU that I want I would have a monster PC, I thing I have a bottleneck on my CPU but I can't afford the ryzen 9 beast.

The first thing I want to mention is the look of this card. It is absolutely stunning! Something you need to keep in mind is the fact that, in online pictures and videos, the card looks like it has a dark and light grey colour scheme. However, in person, it actually has a black and dark grey colour scheme. In my opinion, pictures and videos of this card simply don't do it justice. It is a stunning and stealthy card that has quite the presence about it. If you are concerned that this card has a 'plastic' look to it, don't worry, in person it looks more like metal and immediately gives you the impression of quality. The RGB is a great touch and brings a lot of extra style to this card. The LED's are a very nice brightness and their colour accuracy is spot on. One thing I will make note of are the RGB animations. Some of these animations are not quite as smooth as they could be, however, I think this might be a software issue and will possibly get smoother out in the future. Performance is phenomenal! I can throw any triple-A title at it and it remains cool and virtually silent, all the while cranking out frames like nobody's business. I won't say too much more about performance as you can find many tech YouTubers who will give you all the stats and graphs you will need. I will say, however, that coming from a laptop that would practically have a stroke if I opened anything beyond MS Paint, the 5700 XT Red Devil is an amazing experience and has been well worth every cent. I also want to make a quick note of PowerColor. You see, because of the high demand for these cards, as well as other circumstances, PowerColor was not able to keep up with all of the orders being place (particularly in the US). So, like many others, I had to wait over a month to get my card. However, during this time I came in contact with three PowerColor representatives (one on Twitter, one on Reddit, and one via email), and they were all fantastic with keeping myself and the whole community (especially those on Reddit) up to date and informed about the situation. I'm going to be honest here, I had several opportunities to order a few different 5700 XT's and have them at my front door within a couple of days, all the while I waited for the Red Devil with no word. But it was because of the openness, honesty, and sincerity of PowerColor and its representatives that I stuck with my order and waited it out. One thing is for sure, PowerColor has made me a very loyal customer.

Finally received mine last week and I was impressed by how fast this thing runs. I am very pleased that this ran close to the msi gtx2080 trio I sent back to Newegg, which btw I would tell others to avoid like a plague due to terrible customer service. This card runs cool and ran smoothly with the updated drivers that so far I have not encountered any hicups. The card is huge so be sure your case can accommodate this, but the plus side is that you don't have to worry about the card sagging. Overall I am satisfied with this card because it offers the best bang for the buck. You wont go wrong with this. Edit. Have this for a year now and i encountered the black screen glitch when playing video games. Had to reinstall the drivers, reboot the computer then updates and now runs great Update: I have this card for 2 years now and I started having auto reboot crashes on my computer due to Wattman issues. Did several driver reinstalls to no avail but I realized the problem is due to overheating, so I replaced the Thermal paste and all is well again

Im really upset at this graphic card from powercolor . I was so excited to be honest . Beautiful card . Down side to the card it crashes at everything. I just build my second build and never had a problem with my last amd graphics card. My second day it ran in a few games it worked for a few minutes than crashed. I did three fresh installs . All new pc components . I kept getting no signal and black screens . I’m really sad. I loved when the card works . It’s smooth. But it crashes way too much. I even order a second one of the same and it still crashed. The second GPU I got the RGB lighting didn’t even work correctly . I think it’s a driver issue from AMD. I hope they fix this soon. I also had an issue with AMD contacting me back for the two free games. You need to download this verification tool to verify the code is legit and it didn’t even work . It kept asking me to download the PvT tool. I might go to Nvidia .UPDATE THE card works . It was my motherboard was having a problem with the A-Xmp and game boost on . It crashed all my games . I fix it by tuning the memory timing and just turning the game boost. As soon I did that no more games crashing . The only thing Is my screen goes out of range or no signal a few times . They need to fix this . Everything works great. I did get another replacement too

my current system is AMD Ryzen 3900X with Asus crosshair VI hero MB. I have the older VI hero as the system was originally built with a Ryzen 1800X. I have 32gb of corsair dominator 3200 ddr3 ram. I had 2 290X MSI cards in crossfire from my original AMD system that was built in 2013. these cards performed well for many years. I upgraded to the power color 5700XT as the 290X cards were 7yrs old and I could use more video 3d power. I was close to going with an Nvidia 2070 or 2080 but I wanted to support AMD as they have really turned the company around from the bulldozer type cpu 8150/8350 as that was my original system. I currently am running the corsair 1200AX power supply in a Obsidian 800D case. this makes space not an issue as this 5700XT is a large card. gaming performance I was able to turn everything on max detail on Dues Ex mankind dived and not only did the game run exceptionally well and frames looked amazing. I could visually see the difference in drawings and shadows. the noise level computer is way more silent and cooler. I saw some reviews where drivers were an issue. I just got the card on the 7th of july and using latest drivers from AMD. they installed without issue. I played 9 games for over 30 mins each without game crash or artifacts showing. my last Nvidia card was a 7800GTX SLI I have been using AMD GPU from 6970's X2 thee 290X X2 this is my 1st single GPU setup in a long time and I was shocked by how much faster a single 5700XT was then 2 290 cards. not only faster but visually better looking as well.

I had purchased a pc back in 2016 from Best Buy instead of building my own, and it came with a 750ti, which did me quite well until last year when I found it struggled with most games. I then bought my friends 980 from him and it also performed well. Then in late 2019 I decided to build my own pc and went AMD instead of Intel for my processor, and I couldn't be happier with the performance upgrade over my old components. When I decided I'd like to get something to replace the 980 in order to future-proof, I was immediately drawn to the 5700 XT and the Red Devil specifically due to the reviews and history of PowerColor being a good manufacturer. I initially had some issues with Monster Hunter and getting what I believed to be the dreaded black screen error, only to find out that the new 1440p monitor I had purchased to go along with my new card was not plugged in all the way, or had come unplugged partially when I moved some things around. Check your cables! Other than that, the only issue I'd say that I have is that running two monitors (one 1440p at 120hz or 144hz, one 1080p 60hz) maxes out the memory clock. This doesn't impact performance, but it does cause it to draw a little more power and run a few degrees warmer than it should at idle and doing basic tasks. This is a known issue with some AMD and Nvidia cards when running multiple monitors at different refresh rates though, so I can't knock this card for it. If you're looking for a new card but don't want to shell out for a 2070 or above, this is it. And it's certainly an upgrade from some other comparable cards as well.

It does not work stable in Battlefield 5 & COD Modern Warfare. It crashes all the time due to DirectX errors. I'm lucky if I have 2 hours of a play time without a crash. But, I found a solution: de-install AMD application/drivers -> works very stable, zero crashes at all, downside - performance is lower by 30%. Instead of 100-120 FPS I'm getting 70-80 ( I play all "ultra" on 1440p ). the rest of my configuration: Motherboard: Gigabyte Auros i570-pro CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 CPU coller: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 Ram: HyperX Fury 32GB 3466MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM Power Supply: SilverStone Technology SX800-LTI 800W OS: Win 10 pro Monitor: ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q or AORUS FI27Q-P 27 Case: Lian Li TU 150 my thermals are great, I also added 4 extra noctua fans, so it has more than enough air to breath. CPU never goes above 60C, GPU when overclocked is 70C-80C. It deferentially goes back once I receive Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC. Update: I've just get it ( rtx 2070 super ), it is buttery smooth, no crashes, fps always at max 144 even with RTX on in COD ). It just works! It delivers better performance, it is noticeable quieter ( 10 db difference, it is really a big difference) , it is smaller, less weigh, less power consumption... Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC definitely worth extra 100$, do NOT buy AMD!!! not for 439..., 5070XT should be priced closer to RTX 2060 S. speculation: I saw first reviews of AMD 5700xt ( I think it was jay2cents ), the performance was exactly the one I see when I uninstall AMD drivers/soft. Jay then sad that AMD issued a soft update bursting the performance + 30%. I think, AMD did a software trick, so the card become CPU hungry, that explains why some folks get the problem resolved once they set a CPU priority to high & above in task manager for a particular game.

I had this card, I returned it because it was super hot (in a bad way), then I bought it back because I realized my computer chassis was just not good for air flow. I am learning like a noob geek with these new cards, and one thing I learned is that junction temperature is perfectly OK at 82°C, which I considered to be abnormally hot and that is why I returned it, along with the fact that my games were suffering of micro stuttering, so bad the frame rates were being affected badly; bad again, I learned the issue was not the fault of this card, but MSI's Dragon Center! After I returned this card I bought the XFX thicc III 5700XT and found it to run even hotter and noisier, and the stuttering was still there. I formatted Windows, everything is clean, got Adrenaline 2020 drivers, all good; but when I installed MSI's Dragon Center my game started to get stuttering. I couldn't identify it was DC causing this because it didn't immediately affect it, remember reading here in an Amazon review to not install DC or the computer will crush. I uninstalled it and the stuttering disappeared like magic. I returned the XFX card and bought this Red Devil card again and it has not failed once. Oh, and I changed chassis, too. I had the Thermaltake view 37 ARGB, found out everything was hot in this chassis, bought a few fans, didn't work much (a topic for my review on that chassis). I returned it and bought the view 71TG and the Red Devil is now cooler than ever even without adjusting the fan curve, picking at 86°C junction temperature, and after a small fan curve adjustment it does not get any hotter than 72°C. Impressive how a chassis can hurt your system. I am super happy I got this baby back.
