  • Best GPU I've had to date.
Style: 9070 XT 16GB Reaper
Arrived without damage, fired up without issues, updated drivers was stress free. I was on the fence about upgrading from my 7xxx series GPU but with the ram shortage pushing prices up I decided to jump in before they go absolutely insane. So glad I did. The performance was seriously noticeable. First off I benchmarked the reaper 16Gb card vs my 7600 xt. Performance was about 20-30% better overall. I periodically run a couple LLMs and haven't tested the AI chops on it yet. It should be a huge improvement. Gaming: I've tested this card and have noticed no stuttering etc in games like Where Wings Meet, Warthunder, Lost Skies, Mechwarrior 5, No Mans Sky, Cyberpunk, or Once Human. I've been able to crank the graphics settings and haven't noticed any sluggish behavior or crazy loud spin ups from the fans. The card appears to be well built. The backplate is of a standard thickness. It is a long GPU but nothing crazy when compared to currently available offerings. It is longer than my 7600 xt by an inch or so. Installation was typical. I would suggest getting a support for mounting any type of long GPU horizontally to reduce some of the load on the motherboard slot. But that's not a con. Highly recommend this card for anyone looking for an upgrade. Wish it would have been a bit cheaper though but we can't heave everything. ... show more

  • Great Value at MSRP or close to it
Style: 9070 XT 16GB Reaper
Good video card so far. I had a ASUS Prime 9070xt and the Reaper scored abotu 200 points lower on 3D Mark (TimeSpy) than the ASUS Prime. I used the AMD software auto overclocking and with that on it scored about 600 points higher than the Prime. IF you can get this cheaper than others, this is a good buy. I got it for $699 (over MSRP still) but was $100 cheaper than other 9070xt. You can overclock, safely, and get better results, and save yourself some money. The AMD software has come far, I like it over NVIDIA's for the most part. These probably wont hold their value like NVIDIA cards but 16gb of memory will probably get me more years than a higher end Nvidia card these days. Size-wise this is great and graphics look great. Definitely a significant upgrade over the 4060 and the B580 I tried before this. ... show more

  • Fantastic graphics card
Style: 9070 16GB Hellhound
Not only is the Radeon RX 9070 a fantastic graphics cards in its own right, but Powercolor built a very solid card with the Hellhound. It runs cool, quiet, and performs great. FSR4 is finally a good enough version of FSR that I'm willing to use upscaling, and overall native performance is just fantastic. The card was a bit pricey when I purchased it due to uncertainty with tariffs plus high demand, but it wasn't price gouging and I'm happy with it. The AMD Adrenaline software was easy to install as usual, and I had no problems getting up and running. So far, rock solid in all my games like Oblivion remastered, Battlefield 6, and Arc Raiders. ... show more

  • PowerColor RX 9070 XT Reaper - Perfect for SFF builds
Style: 9070 XT 16GB Reaper
Bought this specifically because it's one of the only 9070 XTs that'll actually fit in a rackmount case. Running it in a Sliger CX4150a with maybe 5mm of clearance to front radiator (360mm x 30mm Asetek AIO) to spare. Any of the bigger triple-fan models wouldn't have worked, and did not work. (Note for those with, or considering, the Sliger CX4150a - the stated compatible GPU length of 330mm does not take radiator or fans into consideration.) Performance has been great. Getting 200+ FPS at 1440P ultra with ray tracing and FSR 3.1 in everything I've thrown at it so far - heavily modded Skyrim SE with parallax 4K textures, Dune Awakening, and Assetto Corsa Evo/Competizione. No complaints. Temps are solid for a compact dual-fan cooler. Maxing at full load around 72-75°C on the GPU, with hotspots around 88°C. Plenty of headroom. I've got it overclocked to ~3300MHz with a -50mV undervolt and it's been completely stable in gameplay and throughout 3DMark stress testing. If you're building in a full tower with unlimited space, you've got options. But if you're doing an SFF or rack-mount build and need something that performs without being comically oversized, the Reaper is one of the few 9070 XTs that makes sense. The PCB is small - the cooler is doing all the work - and PowerColor kept it reasonable. Excellent candidate for SFF watercooling as well, although most brand partner's 9070 XTs have quite small PCBs -- just massive coolers. No issues so far after a few weeks of use. Does what it's supposed to do. ... show more

  • Affordable, high 2k performance, quiet and cool!
Style: 9060 XT 16GB Hellhound Spectral Edition
This card is amazing for its price point. Sure I'm an AMD fanboy, but this cards performance is amazing! Super quiet and cool running card. I upgraded from a 6650XT so it's a night and day difference. If you're looking for an affordable, high performance card look no further. The all white design is just icing on the cake! Looks amazing in my all white build. ... show more
