I ordered this chair to go in my mothered hospice room. I needed a comfortable place that would recline if I needed to stay overnight. The delivery was delayed, twice. I tried to cancel the chair, but spoke with Erica in the company’s customer service department. It was not their fault for the delay, it was FedEx’s fault. The company did refund me the shipping cost. I had ordered another chair to have something in its place. That chair did not have the quality or sturdiness of this chair. It was quite an ordeal just to get it delivered. Erica was excellent and attentive throughout the process. I encouraged them to complain to FedEx about the shipping. FedEx was horrible and never returned my calls. The chair just showed up one day. So unprofessional. This was not the sellers fault. I would recommend this seller because the customer service was great. They kept in contact and were extrémale helpful. That is rare. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and stylish. I first bought a more expensive recliner from a club warehouse, but it was just too large for my elderly Dad. Through Amazon I was able to select a smaller size which is this chair, and it fits him well. We used the reference measurements during the selection and that worked out good. This chair comes with some nice features that not all chairs have. It does not recline quite as much as the previous chair that he owned but he is still happy with it. The bottom edges of the table that attaches to the front of the chair arm has a square edge instead of a radius. Dad scraped his hand on this edge. The manufacturer should fix this. The covering material has a good look and feel. This chair has a great price point which makes me wonder how long the covering material will hold up. The price also does not include shipping which was about $135. Even with shipping cost, it's still a really good buy. ... show more
