    • Comfortable and seems sturdy, "massage" makes a really strange noise in the headrest
This was SUPER easy to assemble. It has a firm seat and backrest. Backrest just barely comes up high enough to hold head only when reclined. Vibrates more than massages, but it is not terrible. Vibration in neck/head makes a really strange noise on one of the settings, so we avoid that. Seems sturdy enough to last a good while. It is for one of our aging mothers to come live with us, she will like the firmness of it. ... show more

My dad got this and he loves it. He’s 6’0 and the only problem he said he had was where you left your legs up his legs hang off about 4-5 inches. It’s not made for someone really tall maybe 5’8 and under

I wouldn't ever deal with this company again there customer services terrible and their product only worked for 2 weeks and they refuse to stand behind their product

This chair is not a massage chair. It's a small, heavy, uncomfortable , expensive recliner. My advice, Do not buy . After receiving the chair , i was ok with being so tiny ... But when we tried using the massage part (the only reason for the chair) it just makes a hissing noise on the motor and the chair shakes a tiny bit. It was so bad it gave me anxiety! I contacted the company and they told me to check the power cord ... Not really helpful ... They also refused to pay for the shipping to return the item on the original packaging. They told me "maybe you could check the power and reconsider since shipping is very expensive for us to pay to send it back.... without you being sure it's really broken " ... show more

As long as it holds up over time, I will consider it a big win.
