Unfortunately either this vendor or the original manufacturer has very poor quality control. Have purchased many pieces that all arrive damaged in some form. They blame the delivery but the items all have cracked veneer from MDF panels that bend and break. They are packed well but all pieces had evidence of glue on the cracks where someone attempted a repair to hide the crack but then shipped it to Amazon customers. It’s glaringly obvious so given the size and weight of furniture they are counting on customers just accepting the damages and not returning. They would be better off using plywood rather than MDF for construction so it’s not ridiculously heavy and prone to easy cracking. Of course if you are chasing margins you are going to build it with cheap materials and pretty it up with veneer. I hope Provision reads this review and recognizes that just looking pretty is not the only thing customers are expecting if they are paying upwards of $1500 to $2000 for a TV bench. ... show more

Very nice cabinet and fairly well made. One upper drawer is a little off but not by much. We needed a cabinet that was not too tall so we could fit a large TV and this fit our needs. I would recommend that they extend the top an inch or two and let it hand over the rear so that you have a little more table top surface. The trim takes up over an inch of the top surface. The price doesn't match the quality. So cheap that they don't even include a 3v battery for the remote yet it cost $1500. UPDATE: not even 2 months in, the LED light on this piece of garbage stopped working. At first it would turn on by itself and then it just stopped working. RUN AWAY!! This prodcuct was very beautiful and sexy at night with the LED lights on. Unfortunately the color didn't match with my decor. I was hoping for a brown color, and it was more orange-ish in my space. There were some issues with the delivery person, but once I reached out to Povison, their cutomer service was absolutley TOP NOTCH. I am changing my previous review due to how well they handled the situation. They picked up the tv stand from my home (which was great because it was 200 pounds). All in all, this is a great company due to their customer service. I can't imagine if I had to return this to UPS on my own. ... show more
