Having always had my TVs on media cabinets or on the wall, I was looking for something different. The POUT E16 TV Studio Display Mount fit my plan to a T when I bought a new 65-inch Hisense. I thought a 65-inch might be too large for this stand but after two weeks, I'm loving this setup and will do it again with the next TV I buy. While assembly can be a one person job, you'll definitely need two pairs of hands for the mounting of a TV of this size. Highly recommended.

Assembly on this stand is really really easy. I must say I had no issues with the assembly process. The look is very very nice and classy. It is very sturdy and really has a modern look. The felt table works perfectly and is adjustable(a tad bit) to your liking. I have to add that this stand is probably more so for a flat TV, like completely flat in the back. If you see my TV in the pictures, it has a hump at the lower bottom which kind of got in the way black Vertical bars. I kind of made it work but as a result of that the clips on the second row did not close and I was not able to screw in for 100% security. If anything in my review should stand out please note, TV MUST ME COMPLETELY FLAT IN THE BACK or an adapter should be added to the package to get around that issue.

Wow. Whatever my expectations were of the POUT Eyes 16 TV Studio Display Easel Mount (Black), this stand exceeded them by a massive amount. Sure, the $170 price (with 15% off coupon, at the time of this review) is nothing to sneeze at, but price and value/quality don't always correlate. My second clue was that the box was satisfyingly heavy. Upon unboxing, there are a few main pieces and bags of hardware. Assembly of the unit is straightforward, just requiring the screwing together of the main pieces. For almost the entire piece there's no visible hardware, contributing to the high-quality look and feel (and bulletproof build quality. Where the hardware comes in is with the attachment of the horizonal braces to the VESA holes on the TV/monitor. Since the braces are independent, you only need to worry about the horizontal VESA hole placement. In a great piece of quality-of-life engineering, the top brace position is controlled by adjustable vertical collars, while the bottom brace falls into place, only requiring you to screw the collar closed. The way this is built makes it extremely easy for a single person to mount the TV/monitor without any assistance. Once assembled, the stand looks BEAUTIFUL, and is a great alternative to wall-mounting. The only improvement I can think of would be to gun-drill on of the legs, passing HDMI and power cables through to the top. That would provide the most invisible cable management solution possible. Alternatively, and not as nice, would be the inclusion of permanent clips or a sleeve for cable management. This is just nit-picking, though - and, in fairness, some rudimentary cable management hardware is included. So, if you aren't dissuaded by the price, the POUT TV stand is a stunning addition to your MCM, modern, or contemporary decor. Both more flexible and more interesting than a wall mount, the POUT is visually interesting, and makes your TV less of an eyesore in your room. Alternatively, I can see where this would be a nice way to incorporate a presentation monitor in a business conference room. Highly Recommended

This is exactly what I needed for my 50 inch television. It wasn't very difficult to assemble at all. I did it myself and was even able to get the TV up on to it alone, although I'd actually probably recommend you do that with two people for safety. The stand is solid, very sturdy. I'm not at all worried it might tip over. I actually haul it back and forth from my living room to my bedroom every single day and night so that my son can watch television during the day and I can have it in my bedroom to watch before I fall asleep each night. It's easy to move and doesn't feel like it's being damaged or losing strength by being constantly drug around. It's a solid piece and I'm super glad I got it. Would definitely recommend to others!
